The nurse was very rude about my kids behavior, they are 6 and 8 they were scared! She told me they need to act there age, she even asked if i had any more kids, I said no and she said thank God. Very rude comments for no reason I was nothing but nice to the workers

This place will lie to you about everything. How can you trust a dentist with your kids teeth if she lies left and right about everything.

We have been going here for the last 4 years. They have been great through change of insurances, autistic child, and my constant rescheduling.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I would give this place 0 star, worst dentist office ever. I took my daughter for the first time just for the routine check up and cleaning, they did’t have enough staff, they were very unorganized with everything. The staff members were very unfriendly. It was our first time visit and they did the fluoride treatment without verifying her previous record and sent me the bill for it. Very much disappointed, I would never go to this place again.

Please avoid this place at all costs. Brought my 18 month old there for cleaning and dental concerns. They were brushed aside and I was told to just stop breast feeding. Never once mentioned cavities or calling Eastman for further care. Fast forward 2 months. I call because son is in further pain and I want him to be seen. They told me I should've called Eastman 2 months ago. Now my son has to have his 2 front teeth pulled. Never once, and I mean never did she mention further workup. I've been at a loss for 2 months with my sons pain and knowing this could've been avoided I'm absolutely devastated.

Had a new patient appointment set up but had a dental emergency before that date. I was in immense discomfort and could not physically open my mouth to eat. I called here to ask for an emergency appointment and was told 2 weeks was the soonest I could be seen even though their website says they take emergency cases. I was told by the secretary to go to UofR or RGH dental offices if it's that bad, both have horrible reviews. Felt as if they thought I was lying to get pills or something. I called another practice in Henrietta, a much smaller and busier one by the way, they had me in the office within a couple hours for an evaluation. I ended up needing emergency surgery. If I had waited it would have turned into a catastrophic issue and possibily resulted in permanent damage. I would not come here if you have problems that need to be addressed anytime soon.

If i could give 0 stars i would they changed my appointment twice on two different appointments didn’t notify me until two days before my appointment i would show up they made me wait 45 mins after i was supposed to go in. They scheduled me back to back appointments never asked how much i can spend on my insurance. They over charged me one a few appointments they messed up three of my teeth i had to get redone had to find a new dentist. I DONT RECOMMEND to anyone

You may notice most of their 5 star reviews are from people who have only left 1 review on google, coincidence? I was very disappointed with this place. During my first visit I was moved from room to room two different times throughout my cleaning due to some of the equipment not functioning. The dentist was actually on the floor trying to troubleshoot the connections themselves with no luck since it's obviously not their job. After the cleaning was done I was advised to have deep scaling scheduled at the front desk yet no information was given to my condition. No other dentist has even noted this as a future concern.

I absolutely love Dr. Morales-Ross. Her personality makes getting the worst thing done ever actually fun. She makes me laugh every time I go and puts me at ease with her gentle nature. Her staff is all so friendly, warm and welcoming. I am so happy I choose her practice, I would recommend her to anyone anytime.

Is it wierd to say you love your dentist? I do though. I'm a huge dental chicken, but they are so calming and do such a great job I never get anxious. Both Doctor Ross and the pediatric Doctor Kemshetti are ultimate professionals. My kids don't fight me when it's dentist time anymore which is priceless. We will be lifelong patients!

Best dental experience I've ever had. The pediatric dentist was amazing with my son.

They treated myself an my daughter very terribly. Sad that professionals act in such a way.

I have been going to Brite Family Dental Care for the past 4 years. My experience with Dr. Ross and her associates is always positive and they have helped me to better understand the how and why of my dental needs.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My 8 year old had an appointment and I had to reschedule due to my infant being sick. They are charging me $50. I could see if I was canceling the appointment but I only wanted to reschedule for another day. This office works with kids, you’d think they’d be a little more understanding.

Fun fact, I haven't been to the Dentist in over 10 years until I visited Brite Dental. Good news I only had some plaque buildup that needed to be taken care of. This place has the most friendly and efficient staff. The dentist was very gentle when cleaning my teeth and did an awesome job. Overall great experience I'd recommend this place to anyone.
