Dr. Shaifali Rametra, DDS / MS / MBA / MOLAR TO MOLAR DENTISTRY

I love this place! I changed my insurance company because of them! I trust the so much! Dr. Shaifali is the best dentist ever! And she is so kind and friendly! She is always honestly to me and very professional!

This place is so horrible. The staff is absolutely trash and they will never follow up or help with anything. I recommend going anywhere but here. I have been trying to reach out to them for a week and they keep saying they will speak to the doctor and call me back. They have not called me and each time just give me a run around. The doctors office is terrible they never pick up the calls. I have been trying to help my sister get an appointment to get clearance to proceed with cancer treatment and they could care less to call back. They are the absolute worst and do not care about their patients. I wouldn’t ever recommend this nasty and rude place to anyone.

I'm a firm believer in Justice. Justice centered on truthfulness mandate's towards honest integrity. Although my initial contact with this office in amenities services were welcoming at first it changed the following last visitations. I surmised may be because of my outgoing personality too being friendly. My complaint lies in the realm's of diagnosis when I followed up with three specialist afterwards including recently for a needed Wisdom tooth extraction. So I tend to be more skeptical these days when given advice by those within space's diagnosed measures of potential implementation. I am proud of one aspect that her business establishment is Woman owned which I support due towards my envisioned prospectuses of Gender Females Empowerment in their upward trajectory in life. Unlike some of my own marginalized plight and our humble beginning Parents lives.

Bad service , don’t wasted your time ! They make me an appointment and they change by themselves.

I needed to find a new dentist when my insurance changed and was leery. I visited her Westbury location and was very happy with the service provided. The equipment used was high tech and everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful and the doctor was kind and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Rametra.

***WARNING***. I don’t think this place has electricity. If you are looking for your local back alley dentist, this place is for you. Waited 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment before leaving.

Dr shaifali is one of the best. Knows how to calm her nervous patients. Iove her services, staffs are very nice and professional.

The doctor took her time to explain everything step by step and cured all my worries. I’ve fainted 2 times before at other dentists and she was so caring and so attentive and patient with me considering my history. Her front desk and her staff in the back was absolutely accommodating in every way and spoke to me with respect and answered all my questions. Update to my previous review- I had no issues with my tooth and she found a cavity in it. After a few weeks of getting the filling done biting on that tooth with the filling, with the cavity I never knew I had, kept hurting very very much so I went back and figured maybe it was a mistake and she will redo the filling but no she asked for another $2k for a crack in my tooth that I never had. I strongly feel she created that crack and ruined my tooth. I feel she should’ve offered to correct her mistake instead of trying to get more money out of me. I’ll never go back. Very unfair. The dentist and her staff weren’t mean or anything but I feel this is a scam to have to pay for something that was perfectly fine and then it was broken by the dentist, filling or whatever when I had no issues at all before that.

En esta oficina no tienen buen servicio es orrible el tiempo de Esparta es más de una hora , las resecionistas son apáticas no saben tratar con clientes. No visites esta oficina por que tardaras mucho tiempo en salir.

I have been coming to Dr. Rametra for years and have never had a bad experience. She is kind and accommodating with a great staff assisting her!

Hidden costs/rude workers/rough hands. I had an Apical root canal that I paid a thousand dollars for that is incomplete from last year. I called over and over about it to finish it up and because it was infected. I left voice mails and emails. I could never reach a live person. Once they finally had gotten back to me, it was too late, I had already saught my own treatment for it. Today, I went in for urgent pain. In order to see the dentist though, I had to pay some bogus bill- they were trying to say that my old insurance was a discount plan and not an insurance plan. So, why would they charge me co-pays in the past and not a full bill? Be careful with this place. Like I said, hidden costs. Very rude, don’t waste your time. Addendum: They billed my insurance for x rays and all types of stuff that I never received. When I called, they had a made up excuse as to why that happened. My insurance is working on retrieving their funds back. Be cautious.

The best dentist on Long Island IMO.

Great kind clean office was seen promptly. Takes empire blue cross insurance.

They will give you the hardest time in the world if they make a mistake and put you in pain. They did something to one of my teeth its put me in so much pain and they refuses to fix or take a look at and by the way before hand I had zero pain and felt great and now the pain keeps me up all night.

Dr Rametra and his assistant are very attentive, loved it, super recommend!

Highly recommend, I’ve been to many dentist’s and after seeing Dr Shaifali I would not go anywhere else. She is extremely professional. Gives very thorough explanations and gives her best advice with your best interest.

Office staff so great and dr rametra is so wonderful with children, my 8 year old loves coming to the dentist now:)

Dr. Rametra is a lovely person. She explains what she is planning to do before she does it so you are informed and comfortable with how she is proceeding with your dental care.

Wonderful Doctor, very gentle experience, would definitely recommend, and coming back in 6 months!!
