So, I’ve been coming here for a while now. The dental assistant is super sweet and great especially with the kids, the Dentist is another story. Lies straight thru his teeth. They charge insurance for fluoride on kids and don’t put it on claiming it’s in the prophy paste(those totally two different things) on top of that he didn’t tell me about my cavities, even when I asked if I had any he straight up stated No Cavities , yet I can see them myself and confirmed them with another dentist. How do you trust someone like that? What are we waiting for till they turn into crowns or extractions ? Fillings don’t seem to pay enough so they wait till they turn to something bigger so they can collect more money for those ? I won’t be returning, and suggest not to waste your time here if you truly care about your oral hygiene, cause this Dr doesn’t And waiting time is a killer here too, at least hour after your appt time , if not more !

After arriving to my appointment on time, I waited 10 mins to be acknowledged, 30 mins to fill out paper work, and didn’t get called in until an hour and 15 minutes since the time of my scheduled appointment. I made receptionist aware I had COVID in December it is now close to the end of March, and as I sit they tell me they cannot do anything till I get another COVID test stating that I’m negative. Understandable, but how unprofessional that this wasn’t mentioned to me over the phone when I made the appointment, or when I initially filled out the paper work 30 mins into what should of been my appointment time. Not they make me what another 45 mins to tell me they cannot assist me. Don’t go here. Extremely Unprofessional.

Went to get my daughters routine clean which was her first time going there lady at front desk was very rude an nasty an she doesn’t have any customer service skills she doesn’t know how to talk to people

Nice over the phone but when I get doctor and staff busy discussing other patient information infront of me. I specifically called for extractions the staff told me yes, when I get there there they tell me they do extraction but I need to see a surgeon. Tells me I never said that, I wouldn't have wasted my time coming if it wasn't an emergency. Unprofessional staff.
