This dentist is liar !!! Told me my children had cavities and that they are so small u couldn't see them on the x-ray I was shocked . My children have sealants on their teeth as far back as I could remember and every couple of years they had them done over. I didn't believe this at all. I took them to another dentist and guess what no cavities. This man is after money and willing to drill in children's mouths without cavities for it. BEWARE!!!!!! HE'S NOT HONEST !!!!

The dentist is a nice guy, the receptionist is horrible. She’s messed up so many appointments and I believe she has to be the reason why they lose so many patients. If I could give them any advice I would say to please, please get a new receptionist. She has to be the most rudest person I’ve ever met and if it was provoked I would understand but you can’t even make small talk with her. She has no concept of being friendly and I thought maybe she was having a bad day but after the second time here and reading the other reviews I see that’s just her personality. God bless her because she needs it. It’s sad to leave a one star review solely because of the actions of one person.

The person at the front desk is by far the most unprofessional and most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with at a dental office. She talked over me the ENTIRE time. She refused to give me the contact information nor put me in touch with an office manager or anyone in charge to discuss my treatment. She is extremely rude! She spoke in a very condescending tone which was not appreciated at all. I will be contacting the facility manager and whomever else I can so they too can know that this may not be the position for her if she intends on speaking to people the way she does. I will not say the entire practice is this way, just the unprofessional and extremely rude individual at the front desk. Proceed with caution she makes this office look bad. I wish I read the reviews before going there because I swear I would NEVER have stepped foot in there. I tell you the "receptionist" had me so ANGRY I was on my way up to the office. Thank God I have good sense and would not risk my job for such filth. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING. I almost canceled my son's appointment after having to wait 2 hours for just a consultation and tried to give the benefit of the doubt and not write a review but I have had it today! I do however believe in karma and no good will come to anyone who treats people with such disrespect.

One of the worst administration the receptionist Ms. Jazz or Jezz is one unprofessional employee I think Albany family dentistry is wasting money on such employee . This place tried to double bill me . Please be careful with their billing. Dentist is good but services are bad . Please don’t go to this place it’s not worth.

BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST! HE GAVE ME A HORRIBLE ROOT CANAL, CRACKED THE TOOTH & FILLED IN BEYOND THE ROOT SO FAR I NEEDED BONE GRAFTING! HORRIBLE & EXTREMELY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE! MY BROTHER HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE BUT HE HAD NOT WARNED ME PRIOR! COST ME THOUSANDS & I NOW NEED AN IMPLANT, THAT WILL COST A FORTUNE!

I had the total of 3 appointments there. First time i waited an hour before i was seen smh. Second time almost an hour as well. The third time , i waited 20 minutes before i finally just walked out. I just changed dentists today. It’s only one dentist working there. don’t waste your time smh it’s ridiculous

Reception is very patience and passionate .listen very carefully about previous disappointments. I had 3 teeth pull that could have save . previously dentist. I trying to save my teeth and have longer times where need simple cleaning filling . If need root canals and future crown. The person at the desk April HAS to go! My daughter's insurance company requested her referral an xray to help find a oral surgeon because we can't find on in the area to take her insurance. We are trying to get a pre-autherization. She denied the lady the referral an xray telling the insurance company she didn't need it an She's never heard of an insurance company needing it. The phone call is recorded an I got to listen to it. Completely DISRESPECTFUL. She was giving the case manager such a attitude the case manager had to tell April to calm down multiple times.

Kind and friendly- this place provides. I was very concerned when my husband decided to go here. Because they didn’t get a lot of positive reviews. Then it turned out to be a great experience for him who had refused to see a dentist for years. So I went. This is one of my best decisions. I am deeply grateful for the work, patience and compassion. I am very happy for the service from the dentist and the staff. I would recommend it.

I have really bad teeth all of witch is my fault for not going to a dentist. So once my sons said Dad we want to see a dentist I had no choice but to act as if I was not afraid. This business is exceptional. The doctor and staff are amazing I over came my fears with this dentist after having a horrible Experience many years ago at another practice. My two sons teeth are all fixed I’m still going to the dentist because again it was my fault. We are getting things fixed up with time keyword is time. It is very hard to find a good dentist. This is one dentist doing the work on many witch is amazing Considering the work he has to do. I recommend him highly. He even sees people on his days off .What more can be said all the cry babbling over time is not right considering the honest hard work done.

Had an appointment November 27, 2018, got there 15 minutes before appointment. 45 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment I went up to the desk to see what was taking so long. The girl at the desk told me I would have to wait another hour because I didn't confirm their re-confirmation. ( I never received it and when I make an appointment, I am ALWAYS there). I had to leave because I had a babysitter to get back to and I also took VALUABLE time off from work for this appointment. I am a single Mom trying to provide for my kids. I cannot just take extra time off . The front desk is HORRIBLE. The doctor called and apologized and asked me to re schedule. I think not. I need to work for a living.

We have been to many dentists before and we haven't met anyone so nice and charming dentist like Dr. Bhattal He will make you feel comfortable and relax in his Spa like office. His office staffs are friendly professional and approachable. I was in pain for passed two days called Monday morning they got me in in the same day. The front desk was very professional and helpful. We're so glad that he is our family dentist now recommending this place to anyone!
