The whole family has been going to this dentistry since we moved upstate in 2020, includes a 4 and 6 year old. They are meticulous on us adults, spending a lot of time and care doing a deep clean and the care and consideration towards kids is incredible. My kids love going to the dentist. The dental hygienist Sarah is so kind and has a lovely voice, singing my 4 y/o daughter Disney songs while cleaning her teeth. Can’t say enough good things about this practice. Cancellations and rescheduling is also a breeze here- very understanding and accommodating.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Jirousek and Dr. Merry for many years and we are just as happy today as when we first started! The consistent level of care and kindness along with the cleanliness and warmth of the office make our regular visits a joy! Keep up the great work and thank you for taking such great care of our smiles!

My family and I have been going to Marcellus Smiles since they opened. Our visits are always met with friendly, caring, and efficient staff in this clean, classy, relaxed dental practice. Drs. Jirousek and Merry and their assistants are keen on providing the best possible care while keeping their patients informed and comfortable. The hygienists are thorough but gentle and very knowledgeable. They sincerely care about their patients and their smiles. I most definitely highly recommend their services.

I have always had anxiety going to the dentist, but not when I am going to see Dr. Merry and all the friendly people at the office. I really have been more relaxed when going there.

I went to this place at the end of April with my daughter for a simple dental cleaning routine. The person who worked with my daughter was amazing and the office was very clean. For this, I’d give them five stars. However, something went wrong. I was in the office for the first time and I asked to the front desk which one of my two insurances they would accept: Molina or Guardian. They told me that they would accept Guardian. Every time I asked, the lady who answered me was positive about it. I was quite confident! The shock came with the bill: Guardian covered only $50 and I had to pay $214 which was a heavy bill to us as a family. I found this really annoying since I have two insurances and I ended up having to pay the bill all by myself. When I went there to ask for an explanation, the lady who gave me the wrong information told me that I should’ve known better about the topic; after I told her that she was positive about Guardian when I had asked her, she checked a book and eventually she told me that they weren’t in the Guardian circuit. Why didn’t she tell me in a first place so I could’ve made a better choice for my family? Before I called their office, I called other family dentists and all of them gave me really clear information about the insurance. They told me that if I would go with Guardian, which they would accept, I would have to pay all of the money that they didn’t cover because it wasn’t in the same circuit. I’m 100% positive about what the lady at the front desk told me. Her lack of information costed my family a bill that we weren’t prepared to pay for. If you go to this place, double-check the information that they give to you. Very disappointed.

No waiting, taken right on time. Friendly staff, nice new space. Highly recommend!
