So far my experience with Valley family has been exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable and left me with an impression of an expertise. The doctor was confident and brought a leveled and measured approach. The facility itself is accessible and seems to be ADA compliant. Very clean, seems to have had an interior refresh. The dental equipment, seemed aged, but the old-school approach mixed with modern knowledge was appreciated.

I wish I could give this place five stars because the dentist my children saw was amazing. I had a problem with billing. I would be told by the office assistant that my insurance covered a certain amount and I owed X amount. I paid, then would receive another bill in the mail. First time I didn't think anything of it, then it happened again and for twice the amount. The third time I called my insurance company to see what was happening and they told me it sounds like the office was scamming money. I went back to talk to the office worker, she was extremely rude about the whole thing and when I politely asked to talk to the dentist herself, I was told I was no longer welcome in the office. All to clarify bills?

The dentist is a total idiot. Instead of taking an x-ray to make sure someone has a cavity first, he drills their mouth only to find out it is not a cavity. He makes a hole bigger than anticipated and exposes a nerve. Now we sit and worry about what kind of problems will come from this mistake down the road. Also he set a price at the beginning of the visit and ended up charging more for his own mistake! Unbeliebable!!! I would not recommend this dentistry. They seem to only be looking for problems and money.
