I have been going to Sitrin since I was a teenager (34 now) I have been through pretty much all the dentists there and I just have to say Dr. Kibuik is one of the absolute best!! She is always so kind and makes you feel comfortable as well as has never hurt me with a needle. That's something all dentists should take pride in and some just don't care. I highly recommend Dr. Kibiuk!

Every single appointment I'm not exaggerating I come here both me and my daughter we have to sit and wait 30- 1.5 hrs to be seen and we are always on time...they see people that comes after me before me maybe they just don't like my kind I cancelled every single future appointment I will never come back to this place and I'll never recommend this place ever!!!! I wish I could give you less than 1 star

In my experience, you are likely better off going absolutely anywhere, including struggling one-man operations and the fast food dentists in your closest shopping plaza. This place and the work they did on me really sticks out by not meeting the standard that you just expect anywhere in America... They don't even match the experience and quality you'd expect 30 years ago. They have all the toys and tech and bells and whistles... but they herd people thru here doing slapdash work, they do a massive volume and there really is not the attention to detail that you'd expect at any dentist, this whole, "hey we did our best, we know it's not very good, come back if it is an issue" thing that you just do not experience ANYWHERE else. I went here under the mistaken impression they'd be better than Joe Blow DDS down in Supermarket Plaza, I was dead wrong. They move super slow here... One appointment to take a peek, another appointment to start the work, then maybe another... Other places will do it all in one sitting, do it much better, and you don't have to worry about if they are going to send out some student that is drilling his actual first tooth to screw up your mouth permanently. Seriously, I can not stress this enough... Hit the place down next to the Dollar General, or the other chain down next to the Price Chopper, or even the dimly lit 2-tiny room 3rd floor place on Genesee St that weirded you out... This place really does not do work that is up to the standard you'd expect in this country, that's all there is to it.
