Best dentist appointment I've had! Friendly and informative staff!!

I've been to All Smiles for years, referred friends and had great experience until recently. They did not inform me that a surgery they recommended would be out-of-network which cost 1.8K. Instead of acknowledging their mishap and mitigating the situation, they claim I agreed to pay the full amount out of pocket while knowing it's out-of-network. (Am I crazy?) And there's nothing they can do after I've paid. (Oh sure, how convenient.) Agreed with other reviewers saying this place has changed and is no longer patient-centric. I liked the doctors and hygienists but can't trust their admin staff. Won't go back.

Always a great experience! I come here for routine cleanings and it's always a breeze. I also got a whitening done and it was quick and painless! Highly recommend

I have been a patient at several dental offices because I have moved from California, Washington, and currently New York and All Smiles Dentistry is my favorite dental office thus far. From the front receptionist to Natasha, the dental hygienist, and the dentist was amazing and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this dental office because you will not be disappointed.

Got an original quote for 800$ for my dental work. After the work was done they upped my bill by more than 50%. Deeply unprofessional. Will not go back!

When looking for a new dental practice, one of the first things on my list was to find an all-female practice. Secondly, it needed to be an environment that went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, both physically and in discussing my issues and concerns. And lastly, clear and confident in my options moving forward. At All Smiles Dentistry, they tick every box! I couldn't be happier!

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Literally every single person in this office that I've had the pleasure of talking to was SO personable & kind, yet professional & knowledgable in their craft. Had I not left NY, I would be with them forever. Special shoutout to Dr. Suri for not only being an amazing dentist, but also a gem of a human being. Would recommend :)

SCAM! I did some dental work with them, paid everything out of pocket. Now my insurance mail them my reimbursement, by mistake, and they just refuse to give it back to me, saying that they calculated things wrong and now they’re taking this reimbursement. Worst experience ever. Don’t go there.

Best experience ever had with a dentist, Called up the scheduling department and asked if I can do a walk in, they happily said yes!, I walked in 5 minutes later and was in the room literally under a minute, was in and out in less than a hour for a full cleaning. Thank you thank you!! Great staff!

I’ve been going to All Smiles for several years and recently I’ve had a string of terrible experiences: excruciating pain after basic filling, threatening to charge a hefty cancellation fee when I asked to reschedule due to being sick, keeping me waiting for ~30 mins in chair. I’d avoid the practice going forward, something changed and it’s not a patient centric practice anymore.

Highly recommend! Staff has overall good energy. My last dentist was rude to her hygienists and assistants which was off putting. Everyone here seems to treat each other with respect. Natasha the hygienist was thorough but made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Suri was very reassuring - she answered all my questions, gave me some recommendations if I wanted to improve my smile but was not at all pushy which I appreciated.

Best dental experience I’ve had! Highly recommend Dr. Suri! The entire staff is very professional and efficient. They are always so kind and walk you through every step of the dental process.

I was told in writing before my visit that there would be no copay. I was there for maybe 7 min, and the doctor/owner herself told me there was no charge and then almost two months later I get a bill for $65. 1 star. Update 9/22. Changed to 3 stars. After I forwarded the email that said no charge for the visit, the office did call the insurance company, which was important, and the charge was removed. It seems to me that there could be more of an attempt to have all charges clearly examined before a visit, which I requested. Attention to detail is important--especially when it comes to major procedures.

My favorite dental practice so far. Everyone’s so friendly. I love that it’s women owned and so diverse!! Office is very nice and clean. Love the millennial staff, hygienists, and doctors(?). Aloha!!

I've lived in several cities in the US and All Smiles is the best dental practice I've been to. Professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Quick story on the level of professionalism: I just completed Invisalign treatment with Dr. Lane and could not be happier. Prior to starting treatment with her, I went to a highly regarded orthodontist for an Invisalign consultation. Since Dr. Lane is my main dentist, the orthodontist called her to discuss my case, and ended up changing a lot of things in his treatment plan for me based on her input. I knew at that point that I should work directly with Dr. Lane on my Invisalign and I'm really glad that I did. As long as I'm in the tri-state area I will gladly make the commute to keep All Smiles as my dentist.
