Great customer service with staff. The actual dentist is a very rude person. Dr.Meena Shah Very unprofessional. And very bad hygiene Manner While I had insurance she wanted to pressure me to give her money in advance to hold while she contacts my insurance provider for additional Work to be done I bet you you should go there with the best set of teeth and she will say there’s something wrong with them. I will never recommend this dentistry.

I went there for broken tooth extraction, they cleaned my teeth and Dr.Meena took forever to come to extract my broken tooth, they told me for the numbing medicine is $60 but they charge my husband $120 which a ripped off. And also the receptionist keeps on asking and insisting my husband to get his teeth checked up too, my husband told them no but the lady keep on. It was an ok experience but I will never go back here again

I was pretty concerned after making an appointment and then seeing some of the bad ratings, but I personally had a good experience overall. I didn't really see what people were complaining about so much as far as the office being dirty. I felt like my cleaning could have been a little more thorough. Dr Shah, did suggest an antibiotic treatment, but did not press me when I politely declined. On the whole I think people are being a little harsh with their reviews.

I Made a appointment with this place for 2pm on a Saturday . Received a call the day before to come at 11:30am. Now that I’ve arrived this Place is Closed! When it’s suppose to be open at 10am. Smh

listen.. if you can find another dentist, please do. Dr. Meena Shah will drill in your teeth purposely, do shoddy dental work that will need revision and make you pay for things you do not need. not to mention the 1.5 hour wait time tops... dont come here , I regret going to this place, She will tell you things that you don’t need just to get your money, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Everything about this dentist stinks, and she literally smells from an unpleasant mixture of pungent body oil and b.o. I had to immediately shower and change clothes afterward. Was there for 2 hours. Have never in 50 yrs had a cleaning prior to an exam, esp when I expressly came for a broken tooth, but here you do, so they can bill insurance, no doubt. Was charged $650 out of pocket for 3 core buildups that will not last and don’t address issues. To do 3 took an abnormally fast period of time. They don’t feel done correctly and one now has a chip in front I can see. Was told one would be $150 then she changed mind to $250 a few min later, which really rubbed me the wrong way. Asked her if she saw any cavities, she responded I had too many crowns to tell. I do have 7 of my own teeth in my mouth but she can’t tell if they have cavities from her xrays?? Waiting room very crowded, no Covid distance protocol. I’d stay away from here even if she claims to take your insurance. It’s a rip off. I know what a good dentist is, she is not.

I tried this practice after being recommended by a friend. My experience was different to the majority of the reviews. The clinic appeared clean when I was there and the hygienist was excellent at cleaning my teeth - the best I had in a while. Dr Meena Shah was good and seemed quite honest to me. Only thing though is that she happily applied four courses of antibiotics instead of two to tackle a gum infection without too much discussion. At $60/ application, it’s not that cheap. Apart from that, it was a pleasant experience.

I made an appointment with this dentist through my health insurance and I have nothing but GREAT things to say! The office is clean, modern and all employees are very professional. However I did wait almost 2 hours to be seen but once I did doctor Shah took her time. She gave me the best options of how to take care of my teeth and next steps. I’ve been searching for a dentist who would take pride in their job and she exceeded my expectations. They had all materials to guide you with dental care and I’ll continue coming back! Dr.Meena Shah doesn’t leave a single instant of snatching money from her pts. I went to her office 3 weeks pregnant with a very bad tooth ache. She goes that there is nothing she can do and that i need a potential root canal. I being desperate told her if she could do it since the pain was unbearable. She goes to me that i will start the process for 400 and in between you come in for dressing change for 150 and i put cap after you deliver. However, once she goes in all she does is pulp cap and cavity which btw was covered by my insurance. The next thing you know is that i end up with the worst pain of my life and i ended up in the Er. The next day i had to get emergency root canal and the dentist told me that whoever did the work on you had no clue what they were doing. I am extremely shocked with the behavior and all the reviews here make perfect sense. I don’t understand why this place is running in the first place. Planning on getting the money back or i will file the lawsuit

Every negative review on this establishment is all true!! Save your time and money and do not see this DDS. She is unprofessional and the only thing she cares about is charging you with no work being done. I took my 75 years old mother there as a referral and she did absolutely nothing but wasted our time. Continued to scheduled appointments and the only thing she did was continued to charge. She stood with my mom deposit of $350 and again did absolutely nothing!! She deserves no stars!!! Had to give her one just to be able to post

The reviews are true, place is dingy and the Dr will try to scam you with some out of pocket payment for something you dont need. Dr Meena, please have some self respect, clean that place and be a professional instead of scamming people
