Every time I go, the receptionists are always friendly and the cleanings are very thorough. I've been coming here for 5 years and this is the best dental office I've been to so far.

Worst attending

Be warned. Uncaring, rude and unprofessional. I went to them for about 3 years for basic cleanings and checkups. When I recently had an agonizing toothache in a tooth they had treaded just a couple months ago, they told me I had to wait a week to come in. I called the next day and left a message to get back to me urgently. They never called. I had to go to another dentist who showed me that the tooth was badly infected. Their dentist misdiagnosed the issue, which resulted in my having to go through a root canal. When I called back to cancel my appointment, the receptionist rudely hung up on me while I was still speaking. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE.

I find this office to be very unprofessional. Receptionist was incredibly nasty and had a bad attitude. On my first and only visit my needs were not met and I seen by a hygenist and then dismissed in a matter of 5 minutes. Its Pearl River therefore I cant say I am surprised with the micro aggression against myself a woman of color. However, its time to evolve and learn some basic bedside manners.

Quick, easy, and safe.

A very clean and efficient operation. I was seen quickly, the various procedures were executed very proficiently and the office communications were very clear and concise. Also, they processed my insurance without any bother. I was very pleased with the service.

What a great place! Always clean, well organized and efficient, also easy to schedule with. The staff are super friendly and the dental care is better than I used to get in the city. I would really recommend the Pearl River office!

Excellent! Excellent! service ...root canal ...did not feel a thing. Everyone is professional and pleasant. Office is clean and inviting! Dentist is caring and skilled. Hygienist is excellent too!

Dr. Meskin gets 6 stars from me ! I am a relatively new patient of Dr.Meskin (only a few months) and I actually go to his other office in Pearl River, even though I have been to the Ridgefeld Park office one time for a procedure. When I first came in I needed a lot of work done. Dr. Meskin made me feel comfortable and welcome from the first visit. He always spends the time to answer all my questions and explains everything he is going to do. I have never had any pain or problems with anything he has done to my mouth. Everyone that works in his office is very professional and nice. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Meskin to everyone. He has been extremely helpful and has done a great job on my teeth!

I've been going here for a bit over year for quarterly cleanings and I love the hygienist, however, Dr. Eugene Sheen leaves a lot to be desired. He is very curt and rushed and does not explain anything. He also suggested procedures and items that I did not need according to my new dentist. Ultimately, I decided to find a new dentist, which is a shame since this one is so convenient to my home.
