This office is amazing and it delivers outstanding service all around. Dr. Szmigiel is skillful, experienced, considerate, and earnest. I appreciate how her thorough explanations help me learn something new about how to make small changes in my own routines that produce a healthier smile.

The visit was a very good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Dr spent a lot of time taking care of a problem with my veneers and listened to my concerns. My smile is back🤩. It is difficult to get appts quickly, but worth the wait!!

After I called and confirmed my appointment, I still somehow managed to show up a week early! They asked if I had taken time off work, I had. They we fortunately able to accommodate me and see me that day. This experience and past experiences at this practice have been nothing but exceptional. Skip all other options, just come here. They're like a used car salesman. Spoke to them and they assured me I would get a cleaning upon my arrival. They had my full paradontial records and new xrays sent over. Waited months for appt. upon arrival they said they WILL NOT do cleaning. They want to sell more x rays and charge a check up fee and refused to do cleaning same day. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL BAIT & SWITCH SCAM.

It's a shame I have to keep editing the same review to give the Gentle Touch team the proper recognition - wish I could add new ones instead of updates. Anyway, last week, I had a dental emergency - no surprise, the Team was there for me. Even though Dr. Szmigiel was not in the office that day, Dr. Roberts was kind enough to see me. Between Dr. Roberts and Crystal, the area was prepared for fixing the next day with Dr. Szmigiel. And Crystal came up with a perfect interim fix while I waited to keep me comfortable and let me sleep. The next day. Dr. S. was out unexpectedly and Dr. Roberts took care of the procedure. She was kind, explained everything, and took great care to keep me comfortable, just as Dr. Szmigiel has done for me all along. As far as I am concerned, I would be happy to receive care from either Doctor, as they are both absolutely excellent. As is the team. Thank you again, Gentle Touch Care Team! Update: Nearly a year later, still awesome! Sometimes, a patient's experience changes as time goes on but not with this practice - it is consistently excellent. These guys are always on top of their game. They are absolutely fabulous. Original review below. So to all those who have any trepidation regarding dentistry - GO HERE. They take amazing care of you and constantly check in. Every step is explained before they dive in to whatever cleaning or treatment is required. Their patient care is unparalleled. I love coming to gentle touch I've been coming for 14 years they have made me feel comfortable I've always been nervous due to bad experiences with past dentist Stevie and Holly Heather have been here scene I started Dr. Smigel goes easy and slow with me and I come every 3 months for a cleaning is the best part crystal and Christine have done a great job cleaning my teeth Karen is very nice and helpful with signing in and out! I just love everyone here there all great girls!

I had recently broke a tooth and was able to be fit in with a couple of days (could of been earlier but I wasn’t in pain), the woman I spoke to was very informative and gave me all the answers to the questions I had. When I went in for the appointment today, the staff was very kind and informative as well. Christine was amazing and she was very personal - kept me in the loop about every thing she was doing and why, and ACTUALLY cared. The dentist as well, asked questions and gave me answers to the questions I had asked. The girls in the front were the same way, it was a friendly and open environment. I was able to walk out feeling confident that they were going to take care of me, and will continue to go back. Was definitely a positive experience.

I've had traumatic dental experiences so I went in telling them they were outstanding if I could give 100 stars I would....gentle, gave explanation of everything and reviewed all options would Definitely recommend!!

Yet, the most important attribute of Dr. Szmigiel is her intensive knowledge, insuring that you will receive the best care possible. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased and satisfied I am to have had my dental work done by Dr. Szmigiel. Not only did she save my teeth, she made them beautiful again. I can smile with confidence. Wow what great service! These wonderful group of ladies are just amazing. They make you feel right at home!! I have a really bad case of dentist anxiety!! But they explained everything to me as they are doing it. Awesome bed side manor too!!

My first visit was very impressive. Everyone is so friendly. Laelle my hygienist was patient and explained the new patient prep, and did a thorough cleaning. Next a procedure by Dr Roberts...she is AMAZING. In all the years I have been going to a Dentist I have never had a more relaxing or comfortable experience.
