Went in today (12/21) to get my crown process started. With previous dentists I have always had a hard time even driving there- the ride was filled with panic attacks and anxiety. Since seeing this dentist I have not had one panic attack. She is wonderful, professional & very personable! Her office staff is bar none prob the best I have encountered.. very friendly & professional. So I went in to get the crown started and was out within an hr! At first I thought finally a Dentist for me. But if you don't have your own transportation you can forget about them being sympathic about missing an appointment. I get a medical cab to my appointments, the cab did not come and I missed my appointment. I called to explain and was told to call everyday for an appointment, which is not beneficial to me because I have no transportation to get there if there is a cancellation. I am dealing with dentures that I have had for 2 years and can't keep in my mouth 5 minutes without having sores in my mouth. No Thank you. I will be finding a dentist that is more concern about the work they provided for me and haven't been useful.
