When I asked if they take my insurance I was informed that they do .Then I got a bill from my insurance company stating that they weren't a participating provider. They refused to admit their mistake and claimed that they told me this . When I know full well I wouldn't have made an appointment had I known . If you're going to go here make sure you ask if they are a PARTICIPATING provider . Or you'll get a bill in the mail where you'll have to make up the difference out of your own pocket. In my opinion this is a horrible thing to do to people! I could have went to someone who actually takes my insurance and had no bill . Now I have three visits I have to pay for because they weren't upfront with me. I will never recommend this office to anyone!
