He is a great dentist but they are way over booked.we have to wait 5 months to get appointments for fillings.that is crazy.

Had all my top teeth pulled. Sure needles hurt, but he was great, fast, and pleasing to look at 😄 Everyone was very kind to me. ❤️

Had my first appointment today. I was very pleased with all the staff they were all friendly and very professional. I had one of the best cleanings I have ever had. Clean beautiful building was also a plus. Thank you for making my first appointment such a pleasure.

My son was treated by Dr. Fusco and his pediatric team. We had a fantastic experience all around: honest evaluation, successful treatment and personal follow up and care. I highly recommend this team!

I'm very upset with there time frame this place is all about as many as they can squeeze in. They have no personal care

*Update.* Now one of NY state’s worst dentist in my recent experience. Too bad they let their standards drop to unsanitary and seemingly untrained staff. Don’t get Hep C! I recommend anywhere else except this Dentist and Aspen Dental.

Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The place is clean and everyone is really nice. I had a root canal I was terrified and Dr. E made sure I felt nothing! I wish I could give more then 5 stars :)

i’m not one that normally writes bad reviews… but every time i’ve come here there’s always an AT LEAST 30 min wait regardless of being on time to your appointment… most of the time it’s been longer. Even if arriving early you will still not be in your appointment on time. I get it most businesses are understaffed but I blame it mainly on overbooking since there’s barely anywhere to sit when we get there and having to stand to wait… regardless… today my boyfriend had a appointment and as you do when you go to an appointment you go to the counter to check in. we did just that and went to wait. once we are called in by one of the ladies… we go upstairs to sit down for his cleaning and they tell us we never got checked in??? so apparently the receptionist never let them know we were there… so long story short he missed the first half of his appointment which was tooth fillings. after the cleaning we got downstairs to get the fillings done. was asked by the dental assistant “what’s his name??” because he had a tool in his mouth and asked me if he was numbed yet…no we haven’t and we’ve been waiting for that for quite a bit now. shouldn’t you know this as the dental assistant? and instead of numbing him and then coming back after getting pulled away for something…the doctor left for about 20 mins while he could’ve been numbed and letting it set in that entire time. so we had to wait about an extra hour and a half to get his fillings when it should’ve already been done… it’s unfortunate because this place is a beautiful looking business and very clean… but very unprofessional and extremely overwhelmingly crowded. took way longer to get the appointment done then it should have.

I took my 4 year old son here today for Teeth Extractions & Dr. Fusco and his team were just AMAZING! Very thorough with information and extremely friendly! Highly recommended and couldn’t imagine going any other place! 10/10

Made an appointment with this dental office had a molar pulled was put on a two-week course of antibiotics. Called them a couple days before my next appointment after the antibiotics ran out told them how I was still in severe pain and it had gotten worse. Lady at the office told me she spoke to the dentist and he would give me more antibiotics when I came to my next appointment and check out the affected area. When I went to that appointment he didn't mention it didn't check out the area which had developed many sores and continue to have an abscess he then proceeded to pull on my lips pressing on my face to make impressions for dentures with no regard for my pain and suffering whatsoever, any questions I asked or tried to tell him anything he always answered me walking away with his back towards me. After not receiving the antibiotics or getting any concern, had to go to the emergency room where they said I have a massive infection was given antibiotics that I should have been given by the dentist and painkillers. These people are unprofessional unethical do not care about anyone. Have lied to me from the beginning you get a different answer from everyone that works there and they're always responses I don't know who told you that that's their company line obviously. Currently working on a complaint with the New York State dental association. Pretty disturbing that I have to go to the emergency room to get the care that I need while I'm under the care of a supposed professional dentist. Clearly violated my rights as a patient showed no care ,all .they wanted to do is herd you in like cattle did not give me the care that I was required under the law. I will pursue legal representation.

Dr. Carl Fusco Is the best. He is the only dentist I would want my girls to go to. I’ve brought my girls to quite a few diff dentist before finding Dr. Fusco! He was the only one who listened to my concerns and was able to help my girls in a way I was comfortable with. He always explains what he needs to do and gives you few different options. Everyone else involved was just as helpful and made the process as seamless as possible. I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience here. I would recommend all my friends and family.

Best dental service in the business

I love going to my dentist. The atmosphere is so peaceful.

There were some major hiccups in the beginning. More so the labs fault than it was there’s. But they truly did go above and beyond to try and get everything I needed. They don’t leave you suffering in pain when you need an adjustment or have a question, it’s just a simple call. The staff is all friendly. The place is insanely immaculately clean which is something that is extremely important. I’m hoping I’m healed enough in January so we can start our next steps of me being pain free and with a happy smile

I am very impressed with this dental practice. It is a well appointed facility with up to the minute technology and stringent sanitation practices. Dr. Elbialy showed himself to be a competent and caring dentist when he performed a grueling root canal on my husband. They made a follow-up call after his procedure to check on his well being, which was appreciated. I recommend this dental practice.

Friendly and professional

Great place very friendly staff and also very kid friendly. Very nice place in a historical house in the village.

Don't let the beautiful building and chandeliers fool you. This place is like a dental factory with terrible customer service. They are definitely about quantity and not quality. My first visit: Quickest cleaning I ever had and they spent more time taking pictures of my mouth to try to sell me invisilign or whatever product they have. They never even asked me if I wanted that done or explained that that was what they were doing. Second visit: Waited about a half hour and finally asked receptionist how long the wait would be. She said hygenist was running late(which I understand) and it would be another 30 minutes. Said I could re-schedule and re-schedule date was 6 months away. It wasn't even my fault. I stayed and after 30 minutes I was put in a dental chair. Waited another 15 minutes without someone acknowledging me. Got up and left and signed a release for my records to be sent to my original dentist. It is about 2 months now and my dentist still hasn't received those records despite a crazy amount of phone calls by myself and speaking to 2 different people, and having my dentist's office call. And when I went back to my original dentist I probably had the most amount of tartar that I ever have had. Probably from the quickie cleaning I received at Schohare Dental.
