Everyone hates the dentist but not me. They do a great job with everything. No matter what I have done, they ha e been great.

Have been going here for years, nothing but great experiences, love the staff, appreciate everything they have done for me and my teeth!

Have been coming here for a few years and love it. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They are great with kids as well. I tried different places before finding them and confidently recommend!

This practice is actually breaking NYS department of financial services public health law. NYSDFS Public Health Law § 4408. And a few other federal health laws. They do not give estimates to patients when the insurance is not covered due to being nonpar with your plan under their practice. It is required to print out a estimate when when they knowing know that they are not part of someone's plan. I'm looking for anyone that has received a bill from this office that was higher then they expected as I will be filling with New York department of financial services next week . I have called both of their locations and both were recorded and they both stated that they do not give estimates out since they don't know what will be covered ,that's the whole point it's an estimate..I also was never told that my insurance was not accepted at this practice since their front desk staff was not their at the time of my arrival and due to covid I was taken directly back to the chair by the dentist assistant, which they have no knowledge of insurance and billing. I also feel as that policy of lack of seeing front desk staff to 'check in' may need to be reviewed,'covid and lack of staff's should not be why we break laws in place to protect patients . if I saw someone and they told me my insurance was not covered I would have cancelled my appointment please reach out to me if you would like to be part of the claim to nysdfs. Use caution with this practice. I called to make sure that they were participating with my insurance and I was told that they were. Needless to say, they are not and they billed me. When I called them to question this bill I was told it is not their policy to notify patients they are not covered. When I questioned why they told me it was coveres when I called initially they didn't have an answer. I find this odd as a coworker with the same insurance also goes here but has never recieved a bill. Apparently it is their policy to knowingly rip people off.

Very rude on the phone. Maybe they should list online the insurances they accept if they do not want to be bothered. Very rude.
