As a brief statement on the type of extraordinary service one may expect, the day after having nine teeth extracted, I returned to work, and spoke clearly and confident with minimal discomfort. I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Ratner’s office. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and informative. I had very minor gum recontouring done and the process was very carefully done and very quick. Been going to dr Ratner since moved to Staten Island. The staff is amazing, very nice and professions. Dr Ratnet did good job on my implants. But the finishing work I am totally unhappy with. I've asked every time when are we going to try the bar? And was told next time, next time. And only on my last appointment, when there was basically no turning back, basically post-factum, that I am not getting what I wanted which is the bar but rather fasteners which totally defeats the purpose of going through all the pain and discomfort for 6 months. I am sure if I would go back to change the fasteners, because they don't last long, I would be charged. Dr Ratner did not account for any of my wishes. I was refunded the difference in price, but much less than I was originally quoted. I was told that the bar cost $1500 but was only refunded $250. I feel totally cheated out. You can't do this to loyal customers!

Doc Ratner saved a tooth that another dentist said had to be removed. He removed the cavity and and nerve (root canal) on the first visit and made and put in the cap on the second visit. This would have been four visits with another dentist. Everything is fine.

It's called Exceptional Dentistry because they provide exceptional service. Dr. Ratner is by far the best dentist/oral surgeon I have ever met. Highly skilled and extremely competent. Responsible for all of my perfectly performed implants. State of the art office and equipment. Office staff extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Ratner for all your dental needs.

Love this office. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Each time I come there I am greeted by first name whether it is Debra or Dr Ratner himself. Truly is an exceptional experience, the name fits the bill.

Another great visit! Thanks Dr. Ratner & team.. Update 12/1/18: A small cavity was found during a routine check-up & cleaning. Today it was removed in less than 10 minutes! Amazing technology and excellent service! What else can you ask for.. I highly recommend Exceptional Dentistry!

I have been going to Dr. Ratner for many years now, and I have never had a bad experience. He is very friendly, professional, and honest. The entire staff is wonderful as well. Deanna is a wonderful dental hygienist - she always does a great job, and the staff at the desk, especially Debra, is terrific as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ratner - great dentist and a superb staff!

I’ve been a patient for many years. The entire office is very welcoming and informative. Dr. Ratner truly is exceptional and has put me on the path to excellent oral health as well as Chrissy my dental hygienists. She is absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend visiting this dental office.

Painless dentistry at its best!! Beautiful immaculate office with the most pleasant staff. Dr. Ratner is a true professional and explains everything he is doing. I had a root canal and didn't feel a thing - I was waiting for at least some discomfort that night, but nothing! Simply AMAZING experience!! Go there, you will be glad you did 😀

Dr. Ratner and his entire staff are all very kind and professional. I am a terrified dental patient and they are all nice and calm and explain everything that will happen ahead of time so there are no surprises. Any time I have asked them to stop, they do so immediately and are very concerned with your comfort and well being. Their office is on the other side of the Island from me, but I will never go to any other dental office, they are the absolute best!

Dr. Ratner is an exceptional dentist who has given myself and my kids back our confidence. We have been with Dr. Craig Ratner for many years and he has always made us feel comfortable and has always been there when we needed him. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found such a caring, knowledgeable, and patient doctor. Even though I had not been to a dentist in almost 10 years prior, Dr. Ratner and his team were still able to provide me with "Exceptional Dentistry". They were kind, courteous, clean, professional, quick, and used state-of-the-art equipment to restore my teeth and smile.

Be careful with this dentist. I was left with a double bacterial infection in my tooth this dentist cost me thousands out if pocket by the doctor never complained can but they DID not fit me in there appointment when i was in need. This happened twice....It was an emergency..they said they can not help me. Been a patient for nine years . Lost of words and thousands out of pocket....

Dr. Ratner is an excellent dentist, his staff is very courteous and nice, his office is beautiful & very clean. It was a very good experience working with him & his staff, I will be going to him for all my future dental work.
