It’s difficult to think of giving a five star rating to getting a crown, but it couldn’t be more true. Claudia and team were wonderful and put me at ease for my first crown - I was a nervous wreck. The whole process was smooth, quick and they were very calming.

I gave Dr. Patch a glowing review five years ago. And I've been a patient for over 25 years, from when Dr. Buzzy Tischler was alive. When I was given a quote for a major overhaul I needed that I could not possibly afford, I got the work done for a fraction of the price in Spain by an excellent dentist who created the Ceraroot system of zirconia implants and bridge, and taught it to this office (he spoke highly of Buzzy). Then I came back to Woodstock for followup care. There was no one else I trusted. So imagine my surprise this year when in discomfort, I called for another appointment and was told I was no longer welcome. I asked for an explanation and was hung up on. Then after I posted a poor review, I received a phone call during which it was explained to me that they had heard from someone, no name given, that I had said negative things about them and told people not to use them! To the contrary, I have recommended them to a number of people. My protestations of innocence went unheeded, and I was left with no dentist while I was having difficulty. I am still shocked and hurt and worried, since what I am having issues with needs specialized care for which they have the expertise.

This is the best dental service I’ve ever experienced. Once you’ve tried them you’ll never want to go to any other dentist. Great staff, beautiful office and take the time to listen and offer you all all the options for your dental needs.

Tischler & Patch Dental is the WORST dentist in the area. I should’ve paid attention to the poor reviews I'd read about them online... One of their dentists, Bethany Wong had permanently damaged my front teeth. I now have to pay a fortune to get it fixed, and my front row of teeth will never look normal again. If you value your teeth, I would really steer clear of this practice. They seem to enjoy abusing their regular clients. They’re really uptight and angry. I once got a reamed out by one of their young hygienists for brushing too hard… Seriously??? They have rude, passive-aggressive surly staff with inferiority complexes, who take it upon themselves to literally YELL at you, interrupting you as you're trying to calmly schedule an appointment and work out a time issue. They take their miserable dispositions out on you, expecting you to take it. Claudia Patch has NO idea how poor her dentists are, and how rude her staff is, and what's more- she probably doesn't care. Their "Gucci" dental prices are also a dead giveaway. Just look at their building. To pay for it, and their lavish income, they try to unnecessarily extend office visits and grossly over-charge for their services. They do this in an obvious attempt to extract more money from their customers, which is completely dishonest and deplorable.

Had my teeth cleaned yesterday. No waiting, no discomfort whatsoever. Exceedingly pleasant and professional service. The only thing that could have made it better was if they offered the option for a foot massage while my teeth were being cleaned.
