My first visit to this dental office. Boy was I impressed! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. And they were totally efficient and competent. They were sure to explain everything that they were doing and were concerned with how I was feeling the entire time. Dr. Crumley spent all the time necessary to answer any questions. I never felt rushed or that I was an inconvenience. Needless to say this is going to be my dental home going forward Went for my cleaning yesterday and continue to be impressed with this office. On time, great cleaning by the dental technician, very enthusiastic and helpful dentist. Love this place! Had my second cleaning and it was as well done as the first. The Hygienist was thorough, no pain and very pleasant to talk with. Dr. Hooks has so much energy it is contagious. He is wonderful to have as my dentist.

I have been a patient since Bob Harris was there, for a couple years now. Recently the service has declined DRASTICALLY. Two appointments were canceled without notice, the latest due to an apparent $50 balance. I paid my $40 copay when leaving my last visit in July. When I login a see a $0 balance and have not gotten a bill. When I arrived for my appointment in January I was told the appointment was canceled due to a balance. I logged in and have a $0 balance. I asked the receptionist and she said she didn't know it just shows it was canceled. I have called twice and emailed but have yet to get a response from the office manager, Sarah. At this point I just need to know if this issue can be resolved or if I need to find a new dentist.

Went to my appointment this morning to find out for the 2nd time they did not have me on the schedule! The lady at the window started making excuses and I told her that they had been sending me emails that were meant for someone else. She was lost for words, but then called me as I was in my car leaving to say I left a VM to cancel my appointment. This was a total Lie I am through with this practice !

Not friendly at all. All but 1 acted like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t explain things very well and didn’t answer all my questions Had to wait 35 minutes to be seen after I was in the chair. I would not recommend them!!!
