In my lifetime I have visited dentists in three different states about 500 times. I have never experienced the professionalism and skill that I received from Ms. Thompson (my dental hygienist) Asheville Family Dentistry is very lucky to have her.

Years ago, I had what I thought was a bad experience with this practice. In retrospect, I believe I was in the wrong. I am sure I was difficult to deal with and they handled me with nothing but dignity and grace. I believe Dr White and staff genuinely care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this practice and Dr White to anyone. Honestly, it was pretty cool being able to watch TV and distract myself while they worked :) last thing I want to do is have to fixate on dental work...

Started attending this dentist after waiting for over 6 months. First bill I receive is a notice that the bill is being sent to collections if not paid in full. There's no phone number on the bill, no description of how to pay the bill, only a statement that it will be sent to collections if it's not paid and that I'll be dismissed from the practice. When I called, they stated that several bills had been mailed before. Not once did anyone attempt to call me about the lack of response to the previous bills (that I never received). There is no option to pay the bill online, so either you give the information over the phone, mail a check, or show up in person. For a business that supposedly prides themselves in the latest technology, this is an archaic practice. I do not recommend attending this practice.
