UPDATE: Laura contacted me today and after a discussion we worked out our differences. If you have a child do not use this practice. Four times I have set an appointment for my son and four times they have texted me to change his appointment due to the doctor being out of the office that day. I have called to reschedule this time and had to leave a message and no callback in 5 days. Called this morning and the mailbox is full. Guess they don’t need patients.

Their behavior is unprofessional and discriminatory. Called them to arrange an appointment. Recording said to send an email and they'd respond within 48 hours. So I emailed their required info. It has been over a week and still no word. They have a full page on their website stating that they indeed do accept my particular insurance provider, so this week I left a message asking their insurance dept to call me. They did not return my phone call. UPDATE: not long after I posted this 1-star review, guess what! they finally called me. They are over a week too late. That call was insulting. Now, regarding your reply: you had ample time to write a lengthy email justifying your negligence. How long would it have taken to reply to my original email with a simple, one-sentence email? Answer: about 1 minute.

My children and I have been going to this office since we moved to the area a few years ago and every experience has been wonderful! Today I was greeted by the lovely Raine and saw Dr. Leslie, who is fantastic. Emma was my hygienist and she was wonderfully gentle. The entire staff is super kind and helpful. My experience here every time has been nothing but amazing each time I’ve called I talked to the same person the front desk receptionist raine is overall AMAZING Anytime I’ve called to make an appointment she was very sweet patience and polite and made sure I got in as soon as possible also gave me tips on tooth pain untill I could get in I would say she as a person made my experience with you guys each time a 10/10 even the days i was nervous about gettin work done she assured me I was in great hands . She definitely a good hard worker that loves what she do .

I have had a few visits to BAFD and each time has been wonderful. As someone with such bad dental anxiety, Dr. Williams and her team are so wonderful and helpful. Aubry and Amy too are so good! Taking the time to be aware of my anxiety and be sure to help me stay relaxed and talk me through everything. Have never had a decent visit at a dental practice and then I met Dr. Williams and her team and I recommend 10/10

What a wonderful dentistry! The staff in suite F has been extremely welcoming, understanding and kind! From scheduling appointments, to insurance questions and dental procedures, the whole team is amazing! Raine, at the front desk, was so understanding when I had to bring my son to a series appointments. She cared for him while I had my dental work done. Dr Leslie has always been so gentle and patient during the fillings and cleanings I have had done. I am so thankful for such an amazing Family Dentistry for me and my family!

Dr Alex was absolutely amazing along with his assistant. I do have anxiety when it comes to dental offices and always feel calm coming here. I had to get some cavity’s filled and a needle isn’t even needed anymore. They use this laser light that numbs the nerves and it was the biggest relief. I can’t recommend this place more.

Lovely staff! Shoutout to all of them. I had anxiety about getting my tooth pulled, but they let me play pandora so it wasn't as bad. I've never had a tooth pulled while listening to Incubus. I also had a great experience with Candace. She was lovely & provided me with a lot of useful info.

The best dental office i’ve ever been too! I went in today to get some work done, & i had to bring my 5 month old with me. & the second she started getting fussy, the front desk lady came & helped me out with her. they’re the nicest people & do a great job. i recommend them to everyone!! wish i could remember the front desk ladies name, she needs a raise!!

If you have EDS, go here and schedule with Candice the hygienist. She knew how to help me as soon as I walked in and even taught me some things about EDS patients having gum issues. When it was time for Dr. Hill to come in Candice explained my EDS to him and advocated for me as a patient (regardless Dr. Hill was great too) and it was so nice to leave feeling heard, validated and not being shamed for my dental health. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a new patient appointment and was put on the schedule less than 24 hours notice and when I tried to reschedule cause of sickness they will no longer take me as a patient due to not giving them at 24 hr notice? I didn’t have the opportunity and got sick that night. It’s ridiculous and especially hard due to being on Medicaid to find a new dentist. They didn’t tell me when scheduling this either. Beware
