I was extremely pleased with the treatment my 3 kids had with Dr. Christopher Adams. He clearly explained his diagnosis, options and a preferred action plan. I really appreciated his thoroughness as well as expertise and perspective. And he also has a great amount of empathy! Yes. I highly recommend Dr. Adams.

Dr Moreira's assistant Natasha called me on March 21st to inform me that my much needed Surgery for March 27th was being canceled because my insurance said it wasn't a procedure covered under my plan. Then when I called my insurance they informed me it was due to lack of necessary medical/clinical records and CPT Codes required for pre-certification. I am extremely upset and disgusted as I have been waiting for over7 months for this Surgery. The pain is almost unbearable.

The young lady at the front desk was rude and answered our questions condescendingly. If you’re not going to be friendly, please reconsider any client facing position. My mother had confused the appointment date and the woman at front desk told her she was wrong and that they weren’t taking appointments today. When my mother innocently asked why, the front desk attendant rudely answered, “because they’re not, it’s closed”. She could have simply answered that they were closed with no attitude. What made it worse is that she was a spanish speaker and so is my mother. People with language barriers already feel a bit insecure when advocating for themselves in these type of situations, so for the front desk to speak the same language and make her feel bad for asking a simple question.. just horrible. Thanks for the school note though.. I want to understand that maybe they were having a bad day.. but I also work in a client facing environment and no matter if I’m having a bad day, I make the effort to put on a mask when necessary to give my clients a great experience and provide a SAFE space to represent my business how it should.

This place train a dr Trenton Cornelius lives in Virginia Beach he hurt me on purpose he left foreign things in my mouth on purpose and told no dr to help this place is dangerous

We love Dr. Jackson Seagroves. He’s very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. You can tell this is his passion and he truly cares.

I have had excellent service getting 2 implants, HOWEVER, I am at the last appointment. I need crowns put on the teeth. All the work is paid for but I have been waiting 5 1/2 months to get appointment - still don't have one. I have sent 8 texts, 2 complaint emails, and talked to 1 person. No one can help or seems interested in completing the work.

It's a great place. There very nice. They do great work at a discount rate. I wouldn't be able to get my teeth fixed if it wasn't for them.

Today was my first time coming here and what a great experience it was.From the time I walked into the door till I left everyone was so nice and professional.I will be back for sure!Thank you all….

Had a great experience, got all 4 wisdom teeth taken out under anesthesia. Super economical price, I was left with a complication. I have no sensation on some side of my jaw but it’s not noticeable or hindering. Dental Staff was very caring and attentive, front desk was not as much. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because their communication is horrible and wait list is very long.

I have had a great experience here. My dental student Kate Grant is terrific. Very pleased that I came here. They are very caring and concerned with doing a good job. And they succeeded.

Their periodontal care is world class. I have been to other depts as well. Ranked #1 dental school in the nation. Dr. Susin and his team are world class doctors and most caring. Their technical skill is most importantly unmatched. I would recommend highly for periodontal care.

I have had great care here. My first dentist Shad was awesome! The students are caring and knowledgeable. They share that knowledge with you. The faculty is also wonderful. They all want what is best for you.

I would not recommend them to anyone you will be homeless by the time you pull your teeth out rip off artists .

I had this place make a claim against my state tax refund for a procedure they CLAIM I had done almost 10 years ago! I had never heard of this place before in my life much less ever had any procedure done by them. I never received a bill, a collection notice, a phone call nothing and then out the blue some 10 years later they claim I had a biopsy done when I had my wisdom teeth removed by another dentist in another state! I contacted the dentist that they said had done the biopsy and was told they have no idea what they are talking about my bill was paid in full the day it was done. So now I'm trying to find an attorney to get my tax return refunded to me from a place I had never heard of prior to having them illegally take my state tax return. This place is a scam and regardless of if you go there or not keep a eye on your tax return.

I have had 3 children Receive braces and treatment successfully And I have recommended that others go here for there orthodontic treatment.... however I am questioning the service now as my daughter is in the process of obtaining a replacement retainer. The bedside manner was less than acceptable and the retainer had to be remade while she waited. The cost was high and so was the time wasted....

Students and doctors are unprofessional here. They have gone as far as being rude. They have put wrong information into my child’s chart. May of this year they scheduled my kid for 4 root canals. 2 days before her appointment they cancelled for no reason. I'm having to take my critically ill daughter to another hospital because we can't get the care we need with this dental team. They don’t want to give my daughter the surgery She desperately needs (proven by the specialist they referred her too.) One dentist we are dealing with here is continuing to lie us. We are going to have to leave this place. It’s supposed to be UNC.. one of the best hospital’s in the world. All they are doing is referring my sick daughter around and refusing to do the treatment she needs.

This is for Dr. Davis & her team in the periodontist dept:- This Dr is an angel ! and her team that was with her today are rock stars! i went in this morning to have a full mouth scaling and root planing. I am beyond terrified of the dentist and any mouth procedures. She was absolutely amazing and reassured me that every thing would be fine. During the procedure i didnt feel a thing and was kept calm and comfortable throughout. Thank You x1000000000000 Dr. Davis!! you rock and make me feel not so scared to come back!!
