What an amazing experience...I can't believe I would ever say that after going to the dentist office. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout my visit. Erica was fantastic. Been going to Dr. Haines for 10+ years. He has the ability to predict the future. If he sees something that needs fixing, get it fixed. Otherwise, he'll tell you what is going to happen later on and it always happens the way he says. His hygienists are awesome. They do a great, thorough job. They were fantastic! I had a cap fall out and they were able to see me immediately to repair it. No waiting! They explained everything fully and they were polite and efficient. After that, I'd trust them with anything! I've had routine cleaning as well as front tooth crowns. Dr Papp was able to blend my native teeth with the crowns seamlessly. I recommend her to anyone who wants reliable and quality work. She is fantastic and the best at what she does.

Pros: Clean office, friendly and experienced workers. Cons: Unexpected charge after routine cleaning, which is not covered by insurance - $15 for a 2 second cancer screening. It should be included in insurance cost. Otherwise it seems like a manipulative and hidden way to charge unaware customers.
