Listen when I say I felt like a family member I felt like a real family member. Dentist is not my favorite however I go and after a bad experience last year. Friendly dental made sure I was heard and tooken care of. Like the staff is the best from the front to the back. So many to name they know who they are! I had a first appointment with Friendly Dental for my tooth issue. The girls upfront were amazing! Then came the amazing Liz who made me feel so relaxed.. She built a bond with me before even trying to discuss my teeth. She explained every single step. Then came the first grumpy dentist, who I honestly don’t remember or care to remember. He didn’t say one word to me even after I said Hey Doc. He told Liz my issues and then left.. She had to explain what he said and it wasn’t a good feeling.. Fast forward to my 2nd appt (the same week, amazing!) and I was introduced to another angel Dr.Mendez. His vibe was contagious and he kept checking on me. It was the most comfortable experience I have ever had at a dentist. I would definitely recommend this place just be careful about the dentist you choose.. Dr.Mendez and Liz you definitely have a new patient. In a world full of hate, you showed your kindness and I’ll never forget. I will pay it forward.

My first experience where I was completely comfortable at the dentist. I went in for the initial consultation, everyone including the Dr. made me feel comfortable. Everyone from the reception to the hygienist was friendly and it wasn’t a forced feeling. I would recommend this dental office to everyone. I wish I would have found them sooner!

The dentist and hygienist are super friendly and understanding. From day one they have a dental plan that works with your insurance and details of what is covered and every detail. When I got a cleaning she was so light handed and even tho it can be uncomfortable she made it better it really was the best cleaning I have ever had. It’s a great place for an adult to get dental work. It’s a great place, one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to the dentist, I haven’t had very good history with dentist. The only negative is scheduling I would like to get work done faster then what they can schedule for. Some appointments can be close together but some you may have to wait a while. But if that’s the worst that can’t be said and everything else is beyond any other place I have been to.

My appointment date I was in for an extraction, after the dentist looked it over turned out I needed to go with an oral surgeon, I’m thankful for the honesty instead of just trying to make some money off me by pulling out something that could of turned out much worse!! Hands down the best dental facility in mooresville. Always clean and organized... everyone is always helpful and pleasant and accommodating. I absolutely adore Jen she makes you feel relaxed talks to you makes sure you're doing good throughout the appointment and she's funny. The front desk girls are so awesome and sweet and extra points for being bilingual. I am grateful that they accept medicaid so I am able to be taken care of at such a great facility and I just switched my kids over too. Thank you everyone at Friendly Dental! 🦷🪥

This Dentist Office is amazing. I love how the employees make you feel welcomed and at home. Knows you by name and talk to you about your care anytime you need them to. And I love how they welcome all new comers. It's clean and has a nice waiting area with a tv. All the dentist here are very friendly and easy to speak to.
