Staff is always nice and polite when I go in and the dentist always makes sure your comfortable and not in any pain while your in there I'm not big on going to the dentist usually I'm a big scaredy cat when it comes to those kinds of situations but I'd go see him anytime

Nothing bad about the office but I had to cancel an appointment for a root canal twice under Dr Hensley. First was due to not knowing the price and with how the cost of things are I couldn't go without a price and i rescheduled the day of the appointment. The second appointment I tried to cancel the week before but they were closed and had to call the day of. Now due to a freak accident and an amputation I was out of work and disability benefits were being an issue. So I had no choice but to cancel because as before money. Now I'm being billed for a canceled appointmentwhich was listed as cancelling in short notice/day of. Never had issues before now. With no income and larger medical bills to pay that's one thing that won't be a priority and if I can't return to them as my dentist then so be it.

My granddaughter went there,had no problem with them in any way.... Up till today actually . My daughter realized she made three appointments on the same day, at the same times. So she called an left a message explaining what had happened. They left her a message saying that if she misses the appointment , she is no longer allowed to come back.. So her mother calls them back explaining what happened , that it was on honest mistake. An that the one she is keeping , is the one they have been waiting on since last Nov.. They said if she didn't make it. That she will no longer be able to see her. Mother even said, that she would bring in a doctors note for proof.. Nope. Still didn't do any good. Yes it was an honest mistake.. An yes she called a few hours before appointment.. But she always called to redo app, due to her daughters other health issues. But with that being said. Lady on phone was nice, but due to one mistake. Shouldn't cost them not to see someone anymore.

Dr Thomas and his staff are great! If you have never been to this office how would you leave a bad review. Makes no sense at all. It's a clean, sterile environment and they take excellent care of their patients. I have been going there for years and never had a bad experience.

The office staff was friendly upon checking in with my cleaning. My cleaning was great and the hygienist was informative. When I went back Dr. Thomas fixed my teeth at once so I wouldn’t have to make two different appointments. He was quick, friendly and asked if I was ok multiple times during the procedure. He restored my smile and for that I am forever grateful!

The people who practice in this office will treat you with complete disregard, do shotty work, and then they will harass you and threaten you with lawsuits if you leave an honest review. The dentist here is a bully, and an incompetent one at that. Start treating your patients better, and stop cutting corners resulting in poor work and customer issues. Nothing you can say in reply will change my mind, as all the other negative reviews and your responses speak for themselves. My apologies to the staff that has no control over what their trash boss does and suffer the wrath of those who are unsatisfied and left hurt.

Absolutely the best. Great receptionist, nurse assistant dentist all were very personal friendly ..I had 7teeth removed, no pain during or after I got home..I would highly recommend this place

Due to to me getting severe TMJ (lockjaw) and not getting a referral from this dental office (who filled two teeth on one side at the same time), I called another dentist in the area (Cox dental) and the woman on the phone was asking me all kinds of questions and I told her the reason why I’m calling for another Dennison’s is because I’m not getting the help that I expected from the dentist who locked my jaw up And that I needed a referral to someone who could help me. Mind you, I have been in and out of the hospital and it was hard for me to talk I was in severe pain! I also said that I need to get my husband in to look at his new dentures because they weren’t doing anything about them. I never said that we had a bad dentist or used any curse words!!! I just said that I was having trouble getting a referral. So she talked me into setting up an appointment but was VERY upset that she went through all that to get me in an appointment and THAT I told her never mind. So she called over TO BURKMONT FROM COX and made up a story that I cussed out my dentist! LIER!! Who intern banned me from the office! So I went back to the office to take my husband to get seen and paid the co-pays but we haven’t been back since! I’m still having to get Cortisone shots in my jaw and my husband’s teeth are still buck and now his insurance will not cover for new partials.

Worst place ever I took my child to the dentist today to get his tooth look at and they told me I couldn’t go back there with him I will not ever be back

Seriously the best Dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Thomas was great, and the dental hygienists there are so kind. I came to this office by accident, but I'm so glad I did!

I have been twice to Dr Thomas and this is the best practice I have ever visited. Dr Thomas and staff were very friendly, outgoing, professional, and made my visits as pleasurable as possible.

I went here one time before the last time I went and it was okay. The most recent time I went here was a month ago and I will never be going back. I went for fill-in's on my left bottom side. The experience was fine, but it has now been a month or more since I have went and I cannot chew anything hard on that side of my mouth and the teeth they filled in are so sensitive now. I can also barely floss between them because it hurts so bad. My grandpa is also experiencing the same thing from this dentist office. If you still want to chew with your whole mouth, do NOT go here.

I'm not sure of the accuracy of the 2 bad reviews I read before my 15 year old daughters appointment today. This place is great. The staff, the dentist, our experience all of it was extraordinary. My daughter was scheduled as a result of a referral from her dentist and now we will be making this office her primary dentist, the hour drive is totally worth quality dental care for her. She had 4 root canals and she came out with nothing but good things to say and her front teeth look amazing. He restored her teeth and her self confidence. You will not regret going here. (If you're a normal, sane mind).

I and my son have had multiple visits to Burkemont Family Dentistry, different issues each visit. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. We have always been seen by the doctor in reasonable time after getting in the examination room. We feel the prices are very competitive along with knowledge and friendly staff members. My son and I will continue to keep going here, as we feel like we are being treaded as family. I have No complaints at all😁 D Mason
