My husband and I have been going to Pinehurst for over a decade. The dentist and staff are always so good to us-professional and friendly. They get us in quickly for the rare emergency which is so appreciated because when your teeth hurt that affects everything.

I had my first (and last) visit shortly after moving to town and starting a new job. I didn't have a physical copy of my my insurance information but had an ID number so I went in with what I'd gotten from the company in lieu of an actual card. The receptionists apparently had trouble finding any information (even though another dental office found it almost immediately). So after a brief examination and x-ray, I was also told that the dentist didn't want to take a chance that I couldn't pay and they'd decided to reschedule so I'd get a call after my insurance was finally available for them to see. The next time I heard anything from them was months later when I received a bill for the X-ray.
