Whats up with the staff at Dr Kenners office? They must of gotten some new workers in the front area cause today we received some aweful customer service. We made an appt and when we got there they immediately told us we had to make another appt cause another customer showed up and we were right on time when I scheduled the appt. My daughter said they did that to her, she went to her scheduled appt and said it was a different time. Them people need to make sure they write down the right time in their book. Cause they did us wrong!!! Not once but twice. We decided we r not going back!! Bad customer service in the front area!!
