Fell on hard times and they wouldn’t even work with me to pay what I could afford which was only enough to pay the interest they were charging. Now they are suing me when I don’t even have a job right now and barely able to pay my bills to survive.

Horrible experience, they wouldn’t even fix my broken sharp teeth from bruxism and made me wait 6 months for half a cleaning before even considering the teeth that were horribly damaged being fixed. Do not recommend.

Thank You High Plains Dental for taking care of me. I was in town for a family visit and my crown came off. Emma was able to get me an appointment. Sarah did an awesome job making my experience pleasant and Dr. Duffy finished the job by taking care of my crown for me. I left with my crown back in my mouth and feeling Great! Thanks to staff and all that made it so I had an awesome visit to the dentist. When I’m in Dickinson and need dental work; I’ll definitely make an appointment at High Plains Dental.

I went there 3 times and the old saying was 3 times a charm. I would have not come back after my second appointment had it not been for a device I had bought and paid $500 for that would eliminate me grinding my teeth. Come to find out that the device, after I started going to a different dentist, was terrible for putting to much pressure on my two front teeth and and can cause other problems. Well gee thanks High Plains....but I mentioned I was not impressed by my first visit anyhow. They felt like a cattle auction. In and out. How many dentists for 20 chairs???? New patient and the dentist spent a total of 5 minutes with me. I go to Robinson Family Dental and my first visit I spent over an hour and a half with my dentist. Just my experience.

Gave me a referral to a dental surgeon who made me sit on the phone for 10 min asking me all sorts of questions and at the very end say they cant see me within the month. Then I get a letter after 1 missed appointment for my son that we've somehow magically missed 5 appointments and are no longer welcome there. I mean fine, if a business is going to start playing make-believe with their patients why would we want to go back? I was told not to go here before my very 1st visit. I should have listenend. Edit to my Review; Thanks to This, I was delighted to find Robinson Dental and Dr. Stanley from Institute of Facial Surgery In Bismarck. Both exceptional professionals that do quick, clean work and make me feel comfortable!

Horrible place, unprofessional. They don't care about patients in pains all they c are about its making money. And I believe all the other positive reviews here are from friends of those people or themselves. Don't waist your time or money there.

Excellent service! The dentists and their staff are very polite and professional. Although they are very busy at this office, they always do their best to fit you in for an appointment. On many instances, I was called back with an available appointment by that same day. They are also quick to follow up with you to make sure that everything went smooth on your end. While they are working on your teeth, the dentists are gentle with their work and will always ask you how if feels at that point to make sure that something doesn't hurt too much and they will always stop if an adjustment needs to be made for your accommodation. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience at High Plains Dental. I had quite a bit of tooth pain before my appointment and the staff was so friendly they worked me in so I would not have to drive to Bismarck to see a dentist. By the end of the appointment the pain was almost gone.

This office had very poor service. Just about everybody we spoke to was rude, and we only went to get my husband's bad tooth pulled. The doctor herself was very rude about my husband's teeth and refused to pull the tooth, acting like she was grossed out by his mouth. I would NOT recommend these people to anyone because in the very same day after we left High Plains we made an appointment with a dentist in Glendive, MT and got excellent service.
