Amazing, as always. I feel like part of the family.

Amazing experience in every way. The office is new with modern equipment, the staff are friendly and efficient, relaxing music plays in the background, and Dr. Moe is very kind and gentle. I’ve never felt rushed and I am in and out as scheduled. The only thing I can say is if you need to reschedule, it’s hard to get in because they are so booked but they will do everything to accommodate you. They also send you text appointment reminders.

I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Moe is the best dentist out there. From the time you walk in the front door to having any work done they are so friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Moe for over 20 years. I couldn't imagine a better dental experience. Now my wife and children go as well. He and his staff are the best.

Dr. Moe has been my only dentist for 3 years since I’ve been in the U.S. and I love going to him. Him and everyone in his team are very kind, friendly, and caring. The place is clean and nice. I’ve had many procedures done by him and all of them have been very pleasant. I had a wisdom tooth removal a few months back. He gave me the option to go to a surgeon if I wanted to but I decided to do it with him because I knew him. Everyone I know made me very scared and worried about it so I was very nervous. But I have to admit I felt very silly after the procedure because I felt nothing. I didn’t even know the tooth was removed. I know everyone will have a different experience but I recommend Dr. Moe’s clinic.

Exceptionally competent and professional.

I do not like the accounting system there. You go to your appointment and there is a bill in the mail almost before you can make it home. It gives you the amount you owe along with the amount you are expected to pay. That's fine but then you get another bill before your insurance has a chance to send their portion and you need to pay the whole bill - which now is at least 60 days past due. When the insurance company does pay their amount is there a reimbursement of the amount you have now overpaid?? No! Why? If you need the money so badly that it has to be paid in advance, why don't you reimburse the overpayment?? Doesn't make sense to me and I am not going to be quick in paying anymore until I know how much my insurance is going to pay.

Terry Moe is the kindest most gentle and caring dentist I have ever known. He has been my dentist for about 20 years. When he is working in my mouth, I have never had a moment of discomfort. He is amazing!!!..
