I've had many dental visits that left me ill at ease and not confident in what was being communicated and overall findings. Treatment plans and patient education are super important. The dentist I saw went above and beyond in ensuring I understood what she saw in my x-rays and the overall path we needed to take to address my dental needs. Dr. Kumar serves her patients in a way that a patient wants to be treated, with empathy, dignity and respect. She has very high communication skills because of this .Wow such leadership! She made me feel comfortable right away with her infectious smile and handshake and gained my trust because of this which isn't easy to do. I had not been to the dentist in 10 years because of previous bad experiences. I needed extensive dental work and she fixed all my dental problems completely one appointment at a time over the past 6 months. Very professional and friendly staff also. The front desk workers, the dental assistants, and most of all Dr. Weigand are all awesome. They made the visits very comfortable and answered any question I had and put me at ease for any concern that I had. Usually I am terrified of dentist visits. They made both the initial visit and the extractions a very easy, calming experience. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, ready to answer any question, and knowledgeable. The dentist and assistant were so nice, answered everything, stopped if I needed to, and respected anything I asked/needed. I really enjoyed that they took time before and after to make sure my questions were answered, and during the went through everything they were doing.We were even able to joke around and there were times I was almost ready to sleep, I was so relaxed! They make billing easy to understand, explain all the costs and give you options for payments. I recommend anyone to come here! I know I will be returning for all of my dental care.
