My husband and I have never been more disappointed with a dental office. The office staff does not return calls and when confronted about their lack of quality service, they give excuse after excuse. After leaving 3 voicemails within 3 weeks, I had to be the one to call a 4th time to get a hold of someone. At each appointment, the wait time is excessive even when there are only 2 people in the waiting room. While the newly renovated office is top of the line, I'd prefer to work with dental staff who focus more on the quality of their service and less on the "looks" of the office. If you're looking for high-quality service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate everyone at Insight Dental. I've always had a good experience with all of the staff. Dr. Sandman always does a great job.
