Aspen Dental

Staff were kind and courteous. They respected when I asked for a minute to take a breath as I struggle with a gagging reflex. Gave a diagnostic report without criticism and came up with a plan for my dental care. My visit was a positive experience!

This is actually for that Mexican reciptionest that you have in your office. You guys… need to fined someone that answer phone calls that are not rude. If you keep her in your office! You guys are gonna lost a lot of clients. Therefore, your hygienist are great.

Dr. Spenner was efficient and friendly. He took the time to make sure my dental plan aligned with my oral health and goals. Melanie at front desk made sure I was checked in and in a timely manner. Mariah was my dental assistant and she was gentle, caring, and considerate, going over each step of the process. I want to mention the lady who did my x-rays as well— she was so charismatic and kindhearted. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. ☺️

I heard there was a whole new team at Aspen and let me tell you, they were all great! Everyone I talked to and encountered was extremely nice and very accommodating. They explained everything to me step by step as I went through my appointment. I think my favorite part was that they gave you sunglasses when the lamp was over your head, super thoughtful and I've never seen that at any other dentist before. Turn around time was also super quick. After calling to schedule they got me in about a week and a half for a new patient appointment. In my experience most places it can be months before they get you in. I highly recommend and I am excited to finally have a dentist I feel comfortable sticking with.

Jacki did my cleaning, and she was very gentle, yet thorough. Friendly service, fair price, and I trusted their evaluation.

Called for a fractured tooth. I was seen and then told that I need to come back in 6 days to take car of the tooth causing me pain I was there for over a hour for them to look at my mouth left there in more pain as they hit the tooth multiple times will never go back

Minot ND Location...Very nice people working there. They try real hard to make you feel comfortable.

The new Aspen Dental and team is great to work with. Great customer service. Also really nice dentist and hygienist. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Family has went here a few times. I really enjoyed my teeth cleanings that I had and kids said the same. The lady that did my gija....cleaning, top notch. Now, tried calling and calling, no answers. Straight to VM. Online appointments, not available. I guess this location is a flop. It's just too bad. I wanted it to work. Going to Modern Dental now moving forward. Do not respond to my review Nancy, or Gina, or Tina or some customer representative. You cant fix it.

I was scheduled to see the dentist on November 5 at 12:30 just to be told my appointment wasn't made and there not taking new patients. I think the call center and the doctors have communication problems

Been since May getting dentures. No dental hygienist to clean teeth I do have. No dentist. He just left his practice. So apparently I have to wait until they find one to take over the practice. They didn't mind taking my $3200 in May. Very annoyed right now.

Superior! It was virtually painless and they leave nothing to fear with their un-ending expertise! The procedure was over before I could even register it started. The quality of products and services available and applied are all superior. I have no doubt that the sourcing of their goods and services is superior, also. In addition to everything stated previous...the procedure was like a trip to the spa, the movies, a nice restaurant, and public University. I felt more improved than some of the finest days in my life immediately after the procedure was over. The equipment involved was of the finest quality and the staff was very friendly and all had good and/or great personalities!

I was calling for my grandmas dentures last week and a woman named Victoria answered the phone. Extremely rude, didn’t care, she said if you want to sue then go do it. Said there’s nothing she can do and sounded over her job quite frankly. She needs to be fired whoever that is. I called back this week and a Blenda said there’s no doctor in the office. So you have no dentures, no doctors, no dental hygienist, no lab tech to fix any teeth. Poor workers, I saw a few of them walk out and I don’t blame them. #BoycottAspen appointments get cancelled same day and they just take your money. I want to speak to corporate because this office is sinking quite rapidly!! DO NOT GO HERE!! GET YOUR REFUNDS AND CALL YOUR BANKS.

This Aspen Dental had their crew walk out yesterday - have to wonder why that happened? Waiting for a explanation

Would not recommend if I could do no stars I would. They canceled my appointment 3 times after making me put down a deposit to make a appointment. Things happen 1 canceled appointment I can forgive. 2 I’m upset but can get over. 3 is a absolute insult. On top of not having a dental hygienist. Oh but they are getting one ☝🏽. When 🤷🏽‍♀️? They don’t know. You can go to another Aspen dental. 2 hours away in Bismarck when you call them to make a appointment they will never call you back.

This should be your last choice as a dentist. They have left me with my TEMPORARY Dentures for over a year.

Very unorganized, nobody EVER answers the phone, they canceled on me 4 times, I missed more in wages than it would ever cost for dental work, I ultimately went somewhere else in town.

This place is a joke. Booked an appointment they canceled with no notice, hour and a half drive one way. Rescheduled for 5 days later and got canceled again. Horrible
