To be fair ... I never even made it past trying to schedule my initial appointment over the phone. After picking a time in the middle of the afternoon, I was warned that as a new client, if I did not make the appointment, I would never be allowed to become a client with this Dental Office again. To which, I said “well if that is the policy ... it is your company”. I was asked for my full name (including my middle initial), a good contact number, and then I was asked for my mailing address. This last part was where I said “forget it”. Call me old fashioned, but WTH do you need my address for, when you haven’t even seen me yet as a client?? That is my own private info ... it should stay that way until I come in and voluntarily provide it to you on a form.

I needed a tooth extraction to the point I was in severe pain, I normally go to Aspen Dental but the soonest they would take me for the procedure would have been 3 weeks out regardless of the amount of pain I was in. After calling around to several dental offices Ness Family Dentistry was able to see me within 2 hours of me calling and did the extraction within minutes of viewing my x-rays. 100% the best dental experience I have dealt with and I would recommend this place to everyone. Dr. Alex Ness was amazing, made sure I was comfortable and feeling no pain. Everybody in the office I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable.

Going to the dentist is always a source of anxiety for me. I finally had enough of my vaneers on my two front teeth coming off. (done by another dentist in another state). So after lots of research and reading reviews I chose to come her and see Dr. Stephanie Ness. We decided on Porcelain crowns to replace the vaneers. She was incredibly kind and put me at ease. The temporaries she put on my two front teeth lasted about 2 months which is a huge change from the last temporaries I had out of state that only lasted two days. She takes pride in her work. Today I had my crowns put on and I couldn't be happier. They look excellent, completely natural. If and when I decide to have the other vaneers taken off and done, I would fly back just to see her. Thank you for being kind and doing excellent work. Also thank you for allowing me to use CareCredit so I can pay these off easier.

Generally speaking, the dentist is definitely not an appointment I look forward to going to. But from the moment I walked in, the office was clean and modern and the staff greeted me instantly. For my appointment I was seen by Dr. Alex Ness who took the time to explain everything he was doing and also gave me quite a few tips and tricks to help me improve my daily rituals. Even though he found a cavity he was quick to get it fixed and it ended up being a great experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

10 stars. Both my daughter's have dental fears. Have no fear Ness gots this. Both Mr. and Mrs. Ness are amazing. Kids relaxed and actually enjoy coming. Husband had a root canal by Mr.. Ness, best dental treatment he has ever had. To date no pain, no problems, Dr. even called to check in on him a few days later. I have dental fears myself and I am very happy to go here as well. Front staff are great and very helpful and kind. Back staff are kind and patient and gentle. Thank you all for all you do. We will only see y'all for our dental needs.

Stephanie and her amazing team were so helpful and treated me very well. Just moved to Minot from Los Angeles, CA and they were able to see me same day as i walked in and ended up getting a new tooth within a few days!!!
