Make sure and keep your bills and make them mark that you paid in Full and don't owe anything. They will wait a Year and send you bills that they can't prove you owe on, and if you don't pay they send it to collections to stain your credit. Edit: three months later another collections is asking for money. Wow paid last one, not paying this one. Calling the state on Monday ✌

I have been a customer of Doug Anderson for several years. This April I received a text to confirm an appointment. The text read "Please reply to confirm that the appointment works for you". I did not reply to this text. I was sent another text informing me that I would be charged $59.00 for a late cancellation fee. At no time have I ever been given information about a late cancellation fee. I called to contest this fee and was refused any consideration after reading the text back to Jess.
