Best ever. He yelled at my mom back in the day quote "why didn't you call me!?" mom "It was the weekend..... " I have met only three health care providers that cared as much as Dr. Carlson dds (just don't ask him to tell you a joke) In all seriousness though; very professional, willing to work with you to get he care you need, regardless of a person's financial situation. All the staff, that I have interacted with, have been at the very least professional if not personable and friendly. tl:dr 11/10 would dentist again

Worst customer service ever. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever come across. They are not flexible with paitents schedules. Offered me an appointment 5 months out. That is unacceptable!!!!
