I will not go anywhere else! This is the first Dental office I have ever been to that doesn’t make you feel ashamed or embarrassed about the condition of your smile. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. After being seen here I can finally show my teeth in pictures. I have been to offices in Minot that the dentists either shame you about your teeth or push products for me to buy that I don’t really want. Now that I have found a dentist that is not gonna make me feel like a bad person for you know, needing to go the dentist and is actually gentle and supportive I will not be going anywhere else.

Amazing customer service. Up-to-date procedures. Great rates. Dr. Hofer and her team strives for quality service and reasonable rates. No dental insurance? They also have an in-house plan with a great rate. Highly recommend. :)

Draconian about their cancellation policies. Will no longer see my wife after missing two appointments without 24 hour notice. One of them was our fault, which is fair. The second missed appointment is where their true colors show. She missed it because I was in the ER after being rushed there via ambulance. She rushed to be there with me as we didn't know if I was going to be okay or not. It reflects poorly on their attitude towards customers to 'cancel' because of an emergency. We are happily taking all our business elsewhere in Minot, where we have yet to be treated with such indifference and inflexibility. That said, they are a private business and I respect their right to cancel someone no matter the reason. They will have to respect this honest review: They do good work, for an average price. Their customer service falls flat and you can easily find good work, better prices, and excellent customer service in Minot. .
