Dealing with these people is hard. They take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance but make you overpay hundreds of dollars up front and then you have to hound them for your reimbursement. That isn't BCBS policy. Seems illegal. Tiffany laughed a lot while I was trying to resolve the issues, she was amused. They said they would use nitrous for the root canal and lied about it. My husband suffered. Will never go there again.

Honestly I haven't had a single issue with these guys. Been with them for 5 yrs and they've basically done what you'd expect a dentist to do. One thing I do appreciate about them is that they were advocates for my wife when they were needing to do some work on my wife's teeth and our insurance was being a pain.
