Ada Family Dentistry

Misled into procedures and health insurance card acceptable. While making an appointment, the person at the other end of the phone took the complete information about what I needed to be done--position of the molar that needed filling--but when I visited I was told after routine x-ray and so forth that no Doctor at the clinic does filling work nor do they accept the United Healthcare Insurance. Why this information was not shared with me when I made the appointment and provided information about the procedure that needed to be done? For this run around I was charged $150. A total waste of time and money.

My whole family loves the Staff and Dentist! I have 2 young children 5 and 8 and they are great with the kids!

Th are amazing! Period! From the second you walk in the door with the receptionist to the dental technicians to Drs. Morgan and Veit, to checking out, we love it! Family friendly and yet another gem that makes our Village so special!!!!!

Hands down the best staff around. I have been a patient since I was about 12 years old. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

The best place you can go for professional dental work. They are all such perfectionist.They just do a fantastic job, always explaining each thing they do as they work on you.

I use to work here, I have since moved on but this dentist and their staff will always hold a special place in my heart. My entire family of 7 continues to go here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love love the Dr’s and staff.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office! The doctors are knowledgeable, yet talk to you in terms you can understand. The entire staff is helpful and friendly! I’m so happy I found this place! You will not regret giving this office a try!

I have been to Ada Family Dentistry for multiple issues. Things such as fillings, crowns, implants, extractions, cleanings and root canals. The dentists know when to refer to a specialist and when to keep it in office. When keeping in office , they do amazing work. As far as cleanings Christy is an amazing hygienist. She not only cleans my teeth but gives me advice moving forward. I have had multiple issues and the dentists and hygienists have given me The best advice to move Forward. Great small town business!

I went in with a cracked tooth, I needed a crown. The doctor set a plan and I sat with the financial lady who checked my insurance which she told me would cover $1,000.00 and I would need to pay out of pocket $700.00. I asked doubled checking if that was all she said yes! I paid the full $700.00 and after the procedures were done and I was paid in full I asked again do I owe anything else and again I was told no I was good. Three months later I receive a bill in the mail for $700.00 I tried calling several times to which I couldn’t get an answer! Finally I call and they answer they tell me that the lady (who I was told before the procedures was the best) has been let go and yes I owe them ANOTHER $700.00!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! They will ripe you off!!!!!!

The dentists did good work and were personable. The visits went just fine. I sat with the person in charge of billing who typed everything in and gave me a total, which I paid, and all was well. About 5 months later, I received a bill - past due, pay immediately. I called and asked "What about the amount I already paid?" "Oh right - that isn't even the correct amount!" Upon asking further, their billing person blamed my prior employer and sent a new itemized list showing the balance due. I still don't know why they told me the incorrect amount the day of service, but... A few days later, I receive a bill with a notice that they'll send it to collections, with, of course, the incorrect amount. In short, they botched the amount insurance would pay then sent me a bill and forgot about the amount I had already paid. This was not the first time they misbilled us, but it has been by far the worst. The service was fine, but keep an eye on your billing paperwork!
