Cleveland Smile Center-Aurora has an awesome dental team. Dr. Dan really cares about his patients. He takes his time and listens to your concerns. Courtney, his EFDA, does an awesome job and makes you feel comfortable. Erin is one of his Hygienists. She does a great job with cleaning my teeth. Over my life I've had a lot of work done by a few different facilities. 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed 1 normal wisdom teeth removed 3 root canals 2 crowns (soon to be 3) Countless fillings Decayed Molar extraction I've great and terrible dentists before, but Dr. Glick and his team at Cleveland Smile Center are top notch. They were exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and accommodating for an emergency root canal I had performed; Donna especially so made me feel especially welcomed and at ease. I went into the procedure with prior experience and without fear, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was a completely pain free procedure. The worst parts were the mild discomfort from the novacaine injections, and the mild soreness after it wore off, which was nothing compared to the pain I had before my appointment. I rode my bicycle 7 miles in the snow and ice to make it to that appointment and it was we worth getting soaked and freezing to get the treatment required to eliminate pain, allow me to sleep, and be well rested and effective at my job as a driver for the safety of other motorists. I will also add the unique murals on the wall are really nice, and go a long way to make the facility more pleasant. There are a lot of small details in the facility, rooms, lobby, office, and even the bathroom, most people wouldn't notice that can make a big difference to patients of all ages. 10/10 I highly recommend even a long trip to this office.
