The staff is super friendly and easy going

I’m so glad that we finally found a good dental care , and all the staffs are so nice.

This is the first dentist I have been to that I do not have anxiety. They have done a few of my crowns and my teeth cleaning. Sometimes they do run a little behind, but I can overlook that for the way I have been treated.

This practice was very good took care of my needs with cleaning fillings and up until I lost my dental insurance I’m so sad they don’t accept insurance I now have!! But I would go back anytime such a great dentist facility

Constantly running behind. Never seem to get people in at their scheduled appointment time. Waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen.

Always running behind. The last two times I’ve been here I’ve waited over an hour.

Dr. Rhonda Company and Associates have been our family dentist since 1995. The staff has always been caring and courteous to us and our kids. The office accepts most insurances and CareSource.

My son saw Dr. Andrea for a braces consult and our entire experience was wonderful start to finish. I was given honest step by step information about what they look for before braces and where my son was in their process. I was given a very reasonable estimate and reassured it was not time yet! Wiggle more baby teeth and come back in a few months! Amazing! Nothing pushy or over the top and well informed! Much different than our experience at another local orthodontist.

Great dentist. One of my filling busted after a few months and they fixed it free of charge.

I have complete faith and respect for Dr. Company, who has been our dentist for many years. My family are patients here as well. We are extremely happy with our dental care and highly recommend them. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewers, but we've had a total positive experience here from day one.

I was charged $919 the moment I walked in the door, before even meeting the dentist. A man entered the room, did not identify himself, and did not say hello. He refused to perform the procedure. I tried to express my dismay, but he dismissed everything I said as "irrelevant" and did not allow me to request a refund. I called the receptionist when I returned home. She assured me that my refund had been processed, but the money has been deducted from my checking account. I called my bank and was told that they could find no evidence of any refund. I have not slept in 2 days. The word "Company" perfectly describes this place. It is a soulless business that worships money and is incapable of caring about people. I regret that I cannot rate it below 1. Zero or a negative number would be more accurate.

I am so appalled by the absence of service my husband received today at this dental office. He was required to pay prior to any work being done. The agreed upon treatment plan changed and when my husband asked that the original plan move forward, he was advised there would be additional fees. When my husband asked for the exact cost, the hygienist became irate and kicked my husband out of the dentist chair. Payment without service, humilation, and emotional distress. Needless to say, he has found a new dentist.

I’ve never liked going to the dentist but in my 27 years of life this is my new favorite office. Very professional, welcoming and communicate well. My go to from now on.

What a truly exceptional Company, business, organization. Greatness always starts from the top and this office is no exception, which has fantastic leadership, excellent people and technical skills. A great company ,second to non, for all corporations to use as a standard model in pursuit of business excellence. Thanks to all for making every visit fun and enjoyable. My 6 yr old had a cavity filled. They treated him like he was their kid. Made it so he wants to go back! What kid likes going to the dentist!? Would recommend to everyone!

During the pandemic I felt safe and comfortable in the clean and friendly environment. I was very impressed by the skills of the Denists and the Hygienists, they were professional and gentle.I had little discomfort though I had 3 teeth filled. Typically when a dentist does a filling it seems to take forever for them to get the bite adjusted correctly. Not here! Very fast. That was one of the things that stood out .. fast no ridges. Thank you for being open during this strange event. Ill be back. No sensitivities after with hot or cold or agitated nerves in the mouth.

Dr. Andrea Company is expertly capable of most aspects of dentistry. It is such a wonderful experience to have all my needed dentistry done by someone I trust.

Very friendly staff, and relaxing environment. As someone who doesnt love the dentist, Dr Andrea and her staff make it a pleasing experience. I would recommend her practice to my friends and family

I am very upset and displeased with this company. I have never had an issue when it comes to general dentistry work such as cleanings, cavities etc.. However they installed braces on two of my kids and we have had nothing but problems. We have now went to a few orthodontist for opinions and they have informed us we need to start over. We need to have several teeth removed etc. We wasted all of that time and money (thousands) for nothing. We had a very hard time even getting their files for our new orthodontist. Very unhappy. Still can't get the dental records as it relates to notes on treatment. Just images. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ORTHODONTICS!!

I want to say this is the best dentist place I have ever have there so awesome ,so if you want to be treated well and be satisfied this is the place
