My family's office visit was on the 16 and 17th of March 2023. I'll share all I know in the hopes of giving other a better idea of what to expect. (The building's exterior & parking) The front of the building faces a busy intersection that divides. The architecture seems to be quite old but the building was beautifully made. It reminds me of something out of a 1920s era but could easily predate that time period. Directly across the street are many small store fronts. You will also find that if you are an elderly or handicap person it is easier to enter from the front. I believe there are parking meters there, but I'm not sure so prepare by bringing your quarters with you. (Just in case) once inside from the front entrance and you will find a black elevator that sits directly in front of the entrance door. Upon exiting the elevator on the second floor to the left follow the hallway down to the end. The office is on the right hand side. In the rear exterior of the building you will find a sizable parking lot. Parking is free here so you don't have to use the meters you could drop off in front and park in back. If you have small children make sure to take care and hold on to them. Cars do not pay attention and many people drive recklessly. So, from one mom to another hold your little ones because this is a busy space. You want to look for a black awning that says (heights medical center.) The back entrance will be down the stairs. Upon entering you'll follow the hallway to the front of the building and take the stairs to the second floor. Exit the stairwell to your right and follow the hallway down it will be the last door on the right hand side. The office staff will do your check in. ( These young ladies are such sweethearts) FYI they do accept walk-ins. So if you're in a crunch I strongly suggest getting there early in the morning in case there's a cancellation you may be seen. From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was so friendly. I went as a walk in and I was seen right away Dr.Megan was so nice and polite and her assistant I believe her name was Kira . My problem was solved temporarily and I will be back to continue my care plan they came up with for me. Thank you guys ❤️

I needed to see a dentist ASAP. I researched dentists in the area and read reviews about Cleveland Heights Dental office. I walked in for the first time and Dr. Shapiro examined me and guaranteed he wouldn't hurt me. He gave me an antibiotic for my infection and referred me to an oral surgeon. When I'm done with the oral surgeon, I'll be going back to see Dr. Shapiro for the rest of my dental work. I recommend Cleveland Heights Dental. They stand by their word
