BEWARE! Stay away from this dentist and take you money elsewhere. Dentist is overly aggressive (including the front office) and wants to perform unnecessary work on you that you will not need. Does this for the money.

The staff here is friendly but their prices are extremely high and services they recommend are not always necessary. I recently went here and was stunned by the proposed bill. To be safe I had two separate dentists give me second and third opinions. Both agreed that what was suggested was unnecessary. Gerda was going to charge me almost $1400. Another dentist did what needed done for less than $200 and I feel great. Again, super friendly and kind, but I won’t go back after my experience.

WARNING!!!WARNING!!!- New owners ! Communication is terrible, and they don't care about you. I have been a patient of this office for almost 20 years. Suddenly, before my vacation, my front tooth broke, and I was afraid to change the office in such a situation, despite the fact that the owner changed. What a mistake! Dr. Gerda works very roughly, as if you are a training dummy, and not a living person. She shifts most of the work to her assistants (for a minute! you pay for the doctor). Everything was rude and humiliating. I tried to say that I don't need anesthesia, because I'm not very sensitive, but it's very difficult and painful to endure the effects of anesthesia. Dr. Gerda gave me anesthesia in a rough form, smeared the whole mouth with an anesthetic, without asking my permission. The quality of the crown also raises big questions for me. My biting functions have been disrupted. I'm trying to say, and she adjusts the crown as she sees fit. In a boorish form , she silenced me . To be honest, this is the first time I have come across such a disrespectful attitude towards a client. But they charge money for such services instantly. In a rude way , she silenced me . WARNING-- New Owners and in my dealings they are money grabbing opportunists. The communication is terrible and they don't care about you. Just your money. They are all about your cash so they can make their Lexus payments. They humiliated me and were quite uppity. Do yourself a favor and find a good dental group. IMHO they are worse than a root canal! I'm a patient of record and since this practice was sold, in my dealings, it has gone down hill. They were rude and unprofessional. CANCELED 2 times at last second.
