I booked appointments for my kids almost two months ago after two months wait🤔 1day left to my appointment they called me stated we don't accept new patients😡 and schedule some where else. they are not honest our community they are laying. She stated I am going to send you other places to schedule appointments but she never reach out back Over all they are not professional📛❌ and wasting people time. Bad experience ❌🚨

I had not been to a dentist in years and lost an old filling one evening. I made an emergency appointment and they got me in ASAP to repair. I was very anxious, but Dr Hamzeh and her staff were great throughout the whole process.

I used to be bummed every time I decide to go to a dentist office for many years! you can tell I had dentist phobia so I suffered from teeth aches for a long time; I couldn’t even eat it was hard to chew and drink anything for months until I found out “Healthy Smile Dentistry” at Bethel rd Columbus where I found a very professional, Brilliant teamwork. The communication was very fast and easy. Time are respected as you don’t have to wait too long when you arrive. The administrative is very organized so registration/ cancellation and rescheduling are simple. the place is very clean. Dr/ Hamza the team leader is so Patient, Responsible and accurate. She’s very professional so I didn’t feel any pain she has a Minute way to make you like to sit under her hands to work on your mouth without getting bored. I highly recommend to everyone! My previous dentist office for the previous 2 years has been a "dental-mart" style office that had rotating dentists and was just awful. I am so happy to have found Healthy Smile Dentistry. Dr Hamzeh and her assistant are really great! Both are very friendly and professional, and I feel very confident having them work on my teeth. This is EXACTLY the type of dentist I was looking for, and I am grateful to have connected with them.

I arrived at 12:07and I opened the office door at 12:08 and my appointment is at 12:00 when I arrived, she asked me for my name and date and after that I was 11 minutes late for my appointment!!! And she said we can see you because you’re late for your appointment!!!!! This is really shameful, mockery.

Unprofessional, Bad communication, Reschedule it my appointment 3 times For “Emergency” wasted 3 months. 1star is too good. Never going again

I have been afraid of the dentist my whole life. And it had been made worse over time as my gums fell into worse and worse repair. I came to Healthy Smiles and they treated me without judgement and helped me slowly contour my fears and misconceptions. I’m so pleased with everyone at the office being as kind and as wonderful as they are. Thank you!

Dr. Hamzeh puts patient comfort second only to patient health and safety. Her and her staff are always extremely welcoming and friendly. This is the most comfortable I’ve felt at a dentist, as Dr. Hamzeh was always ensuring I felt comfortable and knew what was happening. She was honest and upfront, and works efficiently. It had been a while since I’d been to a dentist, and I’m so glad I took the time to look at reviews and chose Healthy Smile. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone including friends and family.

I am a new patient to healthy smiles dentistry. I found Dr. Hamzeh to be very friendly and personal from our first meeting. I have had difficulties getting numb in the past. She was very receptive to my input and insured my comfort through the required procedures. I would recommend her highly to both friends and family.

If it were possible to give a negative 5-star review, Dr. Hamzeh would get it. Simply put, she is incompetent, unprofessional, and a liar. Four years ago I went to Dr. Hamzeh for problems I had with my molars/ wisdom teeth. She recommended onlays (6 or 7) for them, as well as a few fillings. Onlays are restorations somewhat like crowns. After having those procedures done in a series of appointments over 4 weeks, the onlays began to separate from my teeth and fall off into my mouth. It happened most often from flossing, but also on several occasions when I was eating something soft, like cheese, or even pasta. The onlays popped off on a regular basis and I made dozens of visits over the course of 3-1/2 years for repairs/replacements on her original work and on every replacement that followed. All of the onlays she did needed to be replaced, and many needed more than one replacement as they also fell off. All the while she said she was “going to fix this”, so I was a regular visitor to her office as a result. I had to stop flossing my teeth because doing so caused the onlays to pop off. She kept insisting she was “going to get it right”. It was at one of my last visits that she confided in me that no one in her office had been “properly trained” on the onlay milling machine, including herself, but they were really “working on it now”. In spite of the fact that she declared and promised me she was “going to get it right no matter what”, after about 3 years of this nonsense she began to blame me for the failure of her work. She said I must be “one of those people who grind their teeth in the daytime”. She indicated that none of this was her fault. She began to refuse to correct the work she had done poorly unless I would pay for the work all over again - work which she had done incorrectly from the beginning. It was then that I decided to find a dentist who knows how to correctly do restorations. I found one, and he’s replaced all of her work. Not a single restoration h

Front desk person (Alice) was very rude to me and wife. When scheduling asked unprofessional questions. One of my fillings fell out and again spoke with her. Unbelievably rude and obnoxious.

Lady at the desk was very rude to me on the phone, doctor on the other had is a very nice lady and very smart, i do no recommend to talk to the receptionist.

New receptionist isn't up to par with the COVID-19 times. I was not feeling well this weekend so I tried to cancel my appointment this morning (closed on weekends) and she wants to charge me $25 for a late cancellation. I understand policy, but would you rather me potentially bring in COVID-19 to your dentist office?

My wife came her and decide to not come again,she had bad experience,the doctor was so mad and upset from the beginning ,not responding to her questions,not helpful and told her I can’t do anything to you ,i will not recommend any one to come here.

I called to make an appointment for my wife and explained she is disabled and doesn't have good experiences with dentist. Said we needed someone compassionate, she said she could not help. Wow

I've had a great experience here! The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Hamzeh is very caring and knowledgeable. All my procedures have gone very smoothly.

Dr Hamzeh ia a wonderful dentist and is very professional. She will advise you on the best procedure that will be beneficial for you. This location is extremely clean and the staff is so kind and caring. The receptionist is ready to greet you with a smile as you enter.
