I can't believe I'm writing a review for a dentist. It's weird saying that I actually looked forward to making appointments here. Highly recommend. It’s been 3+ years since my last dental appointment and I was dreading making an appointment, but I am so glad I chose this practice. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Kay is absolutely the best, she made my teeth feel so clean. Dr. Ford fixed 2 of my fillings and it was so quick and painless. He was so personable and professional, and made me feel so comfortable. On top of that, the office feels like a spa. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice, thank you all!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Ford. He does an amazing job on my teeth every time but also goes above and beyond. Whenever I chip my teeth (used to happen pretty frequently with stress and grinding) he gets me in very quickly and fixes my problem. He remembers everything about my life which makes my visits feel like I’m visiting a friend. I genuinely look forward to my dentist visits now and just recently sent my mom here as well. Found a new favorite dentist! After having an extremely bad experience at a previous dental office that I promised myself I would never return to again, I thankfully was recommended to go to Dr. Ford's office. I'm glad I did. Dr. Ford is a super friendly and honest dentist, makes you feel comfortable. Jake at reception is a super pleasant and helpful person both in person and on the phone. The office is beautiful and located right in downtown Cbus, making it a convenient walk for downtown dwellers and workers. I honestly look forward to going back to the dentist for the first time in my life.

I've honestly never had good things to say about dentist. My old dentist was one of the best I've ever found and then he retired. I was worried about trying to find a new one, and Dr Ford has high reviews. I scheduled an appointment with his office and they got me in pretty quickly. Here's what I liked about visiting Dr Ford's office. If you like electronic and digital convenience, they offer that with text and forms to fill out prior to going. The staff was super nice and easy to talk too, and the atmosphere there is relaxing (I know, not what you would expect). with the zen music, water fountain in the main area, to the open concept, and big windows; it was quite enjoyable. Did I mention the staff is really nice? I like how they explained what they were doing; instead of just doing it, and you hoping they're doing something good for you. But the biggest points I give them is, they didn't try to tell me all my teeth had cavities and I needed fillings when I didn't. I keep a close watch on my teeth and knew there might me some issues, but Dr Ford and his hygienist both assured me that they were going to watch the area but they didn't think anything needed to be done right now. Dr Ford was also nice to talk to as well and made you feel right at home. (or as close as you can be) If you are looking for a place that doesn't try to rip you off or give you what you don't need, I would recommend checking them out and see if they're a good fit for you.

Dr. Ford has become my favorite Dentist. His offices are great and located in the heart of downtown (with parking for patients) His staff is friendly, nice, & skilled. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, talented, laid back dentist. Update: I wanted to update my review to reflect what I saw Dr Ford do in a crisis. There was a large auto accident that happened right out front of Dr. Fords office. Immediately, he came out to help the passengers and make sure everyone was okay. Even though a car had come up onto the sidewalk and into his office, breaking a very large window, he was more concerned with the people involved in the wreck. That kind of empathy and action to help others above one self is rare and cannot be measured in stars alone. A man of service to his community.

I have never thought I would be recommending a dentist! Dr. Ford and his great team saved me a ton of money when my xrays showed I was developing cavities between my teeth. He gave me a prescription tooth paste (covered by insurance), gave me advice on the Listerine to buy, and recommended a water flosser. When I came back 6 months later, no sign of cavities on the xray! I am bummed that I moved out of town and have to find another dentist - I am writing this while searching for a dentist in my new city.
