This was hands down the best dental visit I’ve had. From walking in the door all the way to the end, I was so impressed with every person I encountered. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and genuine. I enjoyed talking to Christina, Lisette, and Dr. Pagniano, all very personable and fun to talk to. The process was thorough and they put extra details in to make sure you are comfortable and find out what aspects of your visits are most important to you. The atmosphere was relaxing from decor, music, and spa -like offerings. Super happy with my care here and highly recommend!!

BEWARE: They are fraud! Went for a check up for the first time. It took them about 3 hrs to check every single tooth, did xray, then they took me to some sort of a conference room because they said they have an important diagnosis. They told me I have severe gingivitis and my teeth will fall off eventually. They tried to rush me into scheduling another appointment and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars because they said my insurance will not cover it, which I found hard to believe. I went to another dentist and they told me my gums are fine and healthy. If you want to spend your hard-earned money for some disease you do not even have, then come here. PS. I hid my identity and this is not my real name.

The front desk are not diligent on following up with you insurance and providing you estimates , they cancelled by appointment last minute after I had taken time off from as they dint followup with my insurance till an hour before my appointment . They expect me to chance my complete schedule due to lack of proper planning on their end or pay for the treatment out of pocket .

This place comes across as friendly... even offer to paraffin wax your hands while you get your teeth cleaned... however, they are very shady with their business practices. They scheduled an "extra cleaning" that i did not need and called it my normal check up. I was not informed it was an additional cleaning and had to pay out of pocket for it. the email notification prior to my cleaning even said it was a regular cleaning..i had no idea it was an extra procedure until it was too late. i cant even begin go explain the billing nightmare they caused my husband. They sent him away during the holidays with an exposed broken tooth...not to mention all the billing nightmares that followed that. i DO NOT recommend them.. GO ELSEWHERE!
