Best experience, all of the staff are very nice and friendly. Dr. Sharma was informative!! Miya was very gentle with my cleaning.

I had fillings done by this office and two of those fell out at separate times in less than a year.

Dr. Bowman is always gentle and patient and kind! He does beautifully with my special needs son and this time with me with a broken tooth and several cavities! Tracey my hygienist (I assume that’s her title) was also spectacular! She rebuilt my broken tooth and shaped my fillings perfectly! Plus we had fun doing it :-) so grateful♥️

I went in for a cleaning and they told me I had a small cavity between my teeth. They numbed me in 3 different spots with multiple needles and they drilled for only 2 minutes but it took them an hour and a half with 3 different people trying to do a simple filling. They pushed so hard on my teeth and were extremely rough, sticking things in my mouth and not gentle at all. I went almost a week ago and still have bad pain on my tooth and I have never experienced pain like that on my teeth before. Would not recommend. The staff were very rude and it seemed like they were very young and just practicing.

dentist “professional” who was asian told me the black spot in my teeth were “birth marks” 😂 lo and behold … they were cavities! Place is a joke.

Worst experience ever!! Jacob Scott had us wait 2 hours and then refused a routine cleaning for my sister because she was pregnant and didn’t want to take x-rays. He had planned to do an full-mouth x-ray (FMX) which is a LOT of x-rays and wanted “medical consent”. Patient had no complaints or concerns and he was not “comfortable” to do a scheduled cleaning because she wouldn’t take x-rays. LAZIEST doctor I’ve ever met!! Only wanted insurance money for x-rays. No actual care about patient!

Hello everyone! I just experienced a spectacular visit at comfort dental in Hilliard! Oshin Sharma is such a great dentist! She did a solid job and answered all my questions. Very kind! Danielle was so kind to me! She made my day! Her kindness and professionalism did. Even Cee Cee added to my great experience, and I didn't even work directly with her! I am being so honest when I write this review. This is all from my heart. Working and being around these three individuals truly put me in a good mood. I thank you Lord Jesus for allowing me to meet these people! It blessed me tremendously! God Bless you all!

The staff was very positive and professional. Had a good experience there. (Or about as good as you can at the dentist's office anyways). Got a crown done which seems to fit perfectly. And the price was reasonable.

I provided insurance information when I made the appointment for 8am on Thursday. Got in the office at 7:55 as i was the first appointment of the day. My insurance is through the VA and they claimed my insurance was inactive. I showed my member portal stating i had been an active member for almost a year. Two people were brought back before I was finally at 8:30a. My insueance does not cover 2 panorama X-rays in a year and i told them that prior to the X-ray , yet they still performed it. We will see if i get a bill for that. Anyway. I was scheduled for a new patient appointment and cleaning. The dentist came in after X-rays only and said i had one cavity and i could schedule to have a filling next week. So i go to the desk without a cleaning to be told it’s a $50 copay for a filling. I was charged $84, not $50 for a filling that was one week away. Ummm that’s healthcare fraud. You can’t bill insurance or individual consumers without providing same day service. I was able to get a refund but i definitely won’t be going there for any work. In addition, the area where they work on your teeth is one big room with cabinets between each patient so you can see, hear, and smell the peoples mouths 6 feet away from you. So gross! No thanks.

Wonderful experience with Dr.Bowmen he explains everything and he is very kind and gentle with my children if I could give him 10 stars I would. Also the dental hygienists are equally as nice. I would definitely recommend.

Very bad place, anyone who wants to lose a tooth or a molar goes to this place, the first time I went to them I only went to clean my teeth, but the dentist convinced me that I have 16 molars that need fillings, she actually filled my molars and started the journey of pain and torment, I went to them again Tell me they don't know the cause of the pain!!! They referred me to another clinic. There they told me that the fillings of my molars are very deep and reach the roots of the nerve. Indeed, they filled the neural canal of two of my molars with unbearable pain. I went to the dental clinic more than once and I have a baby and I do not know where to leave it, after that they told me that I need Razia, my tooth with a crown, the cost of which is $1,000 without installments, here I went to the comfort dental clinic and told them that she was the one who caused my problem and that the crown should be placed on my tooth, either at a discount from them or they would bear the full cost, and the response was after a lot of controversy that they will contact me to tell me what they will do, Today, and I still have severe pain for a month, I do not know how to eat or sleep, I received a letter from them to end the treatment with them completely and to search for another clinic because the two parties do not feel comfortable in dealing with each other!!!!!!!

WOW! Had an amazing experience here and Dr Scott is fantastic. Takes his time, great chair side manners and his assistant Abigail was nothing short of amazing! Would recommend!!

I want to thank Dr. Sharma and Tracey! They both are the sweetest. Dr.Sharma took the time to explain my treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable with what needs to be done. She is so kind and gentle. Tracey who was the most patient and sweet dental assistant did my fillings and made sure I was comfortable during the whole visit. She took her time and made sure I was happy with all the work she did. I’m so happy that they made this experience for me such a great one and can’t wait to continue working on my smile with both Dr. Sharma and Tracey! Thank you both so much!

I absolutely love this place! The dentist Dr Sharma and Danielle worked with me and they were amazing, explained what they were doing and made me feel at ease (despite my anxiety surrounding dental work!) I have had dentists keep working when hurts, but Dr Sharma stopped as soon as she saw that I winced and said we could wait until I’m a little more numb, when she came back it didn’t hurt anymore and I really appreciated that! I came in with a couple of deep cavities, which were hurting and I also had a chipped front tooth that had to be filled in. (I’m getting married in a year so the chip has been an insecurity of mine). I chipped the tooth when I was about 12 and the original filling had actually stayed on for almost 20 years. Back in 2019 I went to another dental office in Galloway and they did the filling which fell off in 2 months. I disliked the last place so much that I didn’t go back. Luckily I found comfort dental. Danielle filled my chipped tooth, she took so much time to make sure it looked perfect and functioned properly as well as going over tips on how to keep it in tact this time. I am so happy with the way it looks. Danielle also did both of my fillings and did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things about this office! Everybody in that office is so nice and gentle. Thank you SO much, Danielle and Dr Sharma!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I had some dental work done years ago and was left with a very unaesthetic result which I was very self conscious about. I went in for a cleaning and mentioned how much my teeth bothered me and Dr. Sharma recommended I have Jessica M. EFDA fix them for me and I could not be happier with my results!!! 10/10 she is magic with teeth!! Also- no one likes to be injected in the mouth but her numbing injection was the least painful I’ve ever had!

Great doctor…very detailed discussion of my exam…friendly and helpful staff…wonderful place to receive great dental care…

This is by far the worst dentist I have ever been they gave me a root canal when I didn't even need it one they fix a chip front tooth and they did just an awful job I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy they have very incompetent staff to say the least.

The staff here is amazing: Danielle and Dr Sharmaa were so kind and efficient. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you !!
