First of all they billed my husbands insurance instead of mine. Then they double billed my insurance. It took 3 months to get that straightened out. The last time I was there they took my blood pressure and said it was too high to clean my teeth, the guy next to me had the same issue. They told I have to have a note from my PC doctor before they could clean my teeth. Before they took BP the two hygienist were talking about that one of them was doubled booked, so I since me and the other guy didn’t get our teeth cleaned it solved their problem of being over booked. I called to see how much I owed them and got hung up on, I called back and call was sent to answering machine. I was going to leave a callback number but recording said there was 1647 messages!!! It could be a year before they call me back! So if you leave a message with them good luck. I am now going somewhere else to get my teeth cleaned.

I could not get in to my regular dentist and needed my front tooth fixed fast! It was broken! So I called Cincinnati Dental in Landen on Columbia road where I used to go. Got me in the next morning! Dr. Bae, hope I spelled it correctly, did a fantastic job fixing my broken tooth. The staff at the front test are efficient and so nice! What a great place to have your dental needs taken care of! If you’re going anyplace else and it’s mediocre, go to Cincinnati Dental in Landen on Columbia road. Thanks again for getting me in right away!
