I got my first appointment when it and they did a good time cleaning but it was a little harsh on the mouth. But the doctor her self didn’t even examine my teeth properly and said you got X number of cavities and we can finish them in one day. She didn’t give me proper care. So I found another dentist that’s not looking to grew her pocket with money 💴

This place really suprised me. I was taken back very promptly each time with no ridiculous waits like other dentist I've been to. I have avoided dentist my whole life because of how bad it hurts to get anything done. This place has changed my mind on how dentistry should be done. I was actually given enough medication to be fully numb which resulted in the most pain free dental experience I've ever had. I had a bunch of work that needed done and it was done faster then I ever expected. It was a blessing to find this place they do an amazing job

Many years ago I used to work in the same office with Dr. Thunga & I can tell you that people called constantly saying the filling she did had fallen out. Dr. Thunga tried to rush through patient appointments to maximize her income & I believe this is why the fillings weren't properly placed. I worked in dental offices for years & never saw this happen with another dentist. She would also constantly tell people that they didn't need to be numbed & many people would complain about that as well. The reason for not wanting to numb some people was to save time. I never heard a Dr. of any kind talk so much about money & how much they loved spending it. That lust for money drove down the quality of her dental work as she rushed people through each day to maximize her profit. Her driving motivation is dollar signs & not quality patient care. I am a first hand witness. I came across Optimal while looking for a new dental office & realized it is Dr. Thunga. There is no way I would ever schedule with a provider like that.

Front desk staff (Vicky especially) is very unprofessional. Typical place getting all you and your money from insurance. Unnecessary procedures have been giving to many of my referrals to this office. One min they aren't excepting new patients and the next they are. I've even witness angry customers in waiting lobby as I'm waiting to be seen. That was my first experience and that should have been my last!

I want tell you that doctor 👩‍⚕️ which I sowed today 🤭👎🏼she’s so don’t care what with customer, I think family doctors need first tell her name to patient and Tonkin with children friendly., but this doctor can’t understand my kids she can’t taken X-ray my 4 years old girl and she told me;we cannot do nothing 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I lose my time . I feel bad that an soch modern , unfounded doctor 👩‍⚕️!

This place is a GEM. First of all, let me just say that I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. I used to cancel appts and dreaded cleanings because my teeth were so sensitive. But everyone and everything at OFD, from the receptionists to the bright, yellow walls, is so cheery and nice that it really puts my mind at ease. I’m sure all of the dental hygienists are fantastic, but Shawna has been my hygienist for the last three years and she is amazing and the best hygienist i’ve ever had! She’s really worked with me to decrease my teeth sensitivity. She’s also just a great person. Dr Thunga is super nice and highly competent. It’s just a great office and even though I live an hour away, I will continue to make the drive while I live in the area. If you are looking for a dentist then I really can’t recommend OFD enough!!

Stay away from this pansy place if u cherish your well being!!! High end equipment and nice receptionist big cover for very questionable medical stuff. My family were patients 3 years. One filling on my husband fell out in a year, my fillings one bulges and second still have pain as I bite food. During cleaning on my mother had a big nick on gum went infected. But the latest NEWS FLASH was when her gum where 6 month ago they pulled tooth out went infected and imaging showed Dr Thundra LEFT ENTIRE ROOT INSIDE!!! Now she has to have surgery to remove it. But Dr. Thundra has excuses for every cause! Like I pulled whole tooth and it must of been rare case of having deformity like extra root... Really???
