I have had multiple procedures at Bright Smile Dental and have seen Dr. Kamran and Dr. Cheung. I had an amazing experience with both providers! Dr. Kamran does great, clean work and is very efficient. She also listens to all my concerns and makes sure that I am comfortable with the treatment plan before moving forward with anything. She referred me to Dr. Cheung for wisdom teeth removal and I had a wonderful experience. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Afterwards, I had some concerns about how it was healing and the office got me in quickly with no question. Dr. Cheung answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience at Bright smile dental, from the support staff to the dentists and their great work. I would recommend them for all your dental needs.

One of the worst office staff's ever encountered. Even after calling in to cancel the appointment they charged us $200 and after calling the office manager stated there's no proof you cancelled. She was extremely rude and adamant that we should pay them for missed appointment which we actually never missed since we called in before. May be doctor is nice but they need to seriously train their staff and specially manager. Never going back and recommend same

Dr. Kim and and Cheyenne made a really anxiety ridden day such a calm wonderful experience I found myself needing an emergency appt. The day I was leaving for California and they prioritized getting me in asap and getting me taken care of. Every one in the office treated me like a family member or friend. I was overwhelmed how much they helped ease my pain, financial concerns, and just the general anxiety of having to visit the dentist. Our family will continue to see them for all of our dental needs. New to the area and my front tooth chipped. I was devastated. Laughing and smiling is something that is natural to me. Feeling defeated I was going to drive 2 hours to my old dentist to get it fixed. They were unable to schedule me until a week out. Upon a google search of nearby dentist I found bright smile dental and they scheduled me an appointment right away. Even though I had something scheduled I still was very depressed and overwhelmed from the chip. Coming into the office the vibes were great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr Kim did such a good job! My overall experience is definitely 5 star. It’s always scary going to a new dentist. He made me completely comfortable within seconds of the initial exam. Needless to say you can’t even tell my tooth was chipped. I’m so happy with the results! Thank you so much for being great at what you do!

The doctor is nice but turn over rate in this office is horrible. People working at front counter are very rude and should not be handling accounts. Had problem after problem with them the woman at front counter cussed me out.
