Took my grandkids for their cleaning — unfortunately, their appts were never saved in their calendar. The receptionist was going to schedule them for late November — but the office manager stopped her and got us in as we had been scheduled . The oral hygienist was excellent with the kids and the Dr very pleasant too! Over all a good experience

Today I showed up for my appointment only to be told it was canceled, because my phone number was inactive when they called to confirm. I did not cancel the appointment, and my phone number has always been active. I had the appointment for six months, but they canceled because of a “missed” phone call. I don’t understand why they even take appointments if they don’t honor them. They canceled my appointment I had scheduled for six months, yet they took 3 walk-ins today. They are so disorganized and overbooked that it feels like Black Friday in there. Last time I went in, they said my appointment was a different day and time, but luckily I had the appointment card in my hand. I once had to wait so long after numbing that they had to numb me again. The person who did my filling was in such a hurry they smacked my front teeth with the tools and had the cord wrapped around my neck. Very unpleasant experience every time I’ve gone, and today was the final straw. I won’t be back.
