Today was my first experience with a different tech, I’ve been coming here 4 yrs now. I’m bummed my other tech retired I REALLY REALLY like her! She was very gentle and explained everything in detail. The tech today didn’t really explain much about my trouble areas I’ve had in the past in my gums or give an update on how they were doing. Although my mouth feels great. That aside, Dr McDonald and his staff is always GREAT! Best dentist I’ve had in my 46 yrs of life! - always on time - in and out - pain free And very detailed about total oral health!
